    摘要： An aqueous alkaline paint stripper composition which forms a foam when dispersed from an aerosol container comprising:A. from 47 to 94% by weight of an aqueous solution containing from about 5 to about 40% by weight of at least one strongly alkaline substance,B. from 1 to 8% by weight of at least one surfactant,C. from 5 to 30% by weight of at least one propellant,D. from 0 to 5% by weight of at least one foam stabilizer and/or thickener, andE. from 0 to 10% by weight of at least one water-miscible organic solvent,and a method of stripping paint using the above paint stripper composition.

    摘要： A storage stable adhesive for PVC plastics, particularly post-chlorinated PVC plastics, containing a basic mixture of 5 to 30% by weight post-chlorinated PVC and 95 to 70% by weight of an organic solvent, a stabilizer combination of effective quantities of organotin compounds and alkali metal carbonates from the group consisting of ammonium, lithium, sodium and potassium carbonates and also standard additives, such as impact modifiers, antioxidants and UV stabilizers can be included in the basic mixture. The composition has improved stability when stored in tin plated steel containers.

    摘要： The invention relates to optionally solventless two-component polyurethane surfacers containing finely divided fillers in a high pigment volume concentration based on a polyfunctional isocyanate component (B) and a polyol component (A) which is liquid at room temperature and which consists of mixture components containing isocyanate-reactive hydroxyl groups with an at least predominant content of branched-chain polyols (A1) containing ester and ether groups, which contains at least a proportion of the finely divided fillers and, optionally, the additives and which, for application, is mixed with the isocyanate component (B) and applied as a mixture which can still be processed by shaping. To form a substantially waterproof, elastic multipurpose adhesive surfacer which combines high adhesive strength with high volume stability, the polyol component (A) contains oleopolyols having an OH functionality of at least 2 to about 3 as an additional mixture component (A2) and, if desired, low-viscosity monofunctional alcohols of distinctly oleophilic character, which are at least substantially involatile at room temperature, in admixture with component (A1) as another additional mixture component (A3).

    摘要： A rescue device has a motion detector and a transceiver that operates either to transmit a locating signal, which can be tracked by others, or to receive and track a locating signal transmitted by another. A control logic circuit suppresses transmission of the locating signal by the transceiver unless a motion signal, generated by the motion detector responsive to the user's movement, indicates that the user has not moved for a predetermined time interval. Thus, the rescue device can transmit the locating signal when the user is motionless, providing notice that the user is immobile and aiding others in locating the user. When the receiver is operating, it guides the user in locating the source of a transmitted locating signal to aid the user in locating an immobilized person or a building exit. An override can be provided to allow transmission of the locating signal regardless of movement.
