    摘要: A line-to-ground fault location detector detects, based on a difference between a current flowing from a power transmission circuit to a load circuit, and a current flowing from the load circuit to the power transmission circuit, whether a line-to-ground fault is occurring at a power-transmission-circuit side or a load-circuit side. A contactor controller opens a first contactor when the load circuit detects the occurrence of the line-to-ground fault, and when a line-to-ground fault location detector detects that a location of the line-to-ground fault is at the power-transmission-circuit side, the contactor controller maintains the open state of the first contactor even if an operation to instruct closing of the first contactor is made after the first contactor is opened.

    摘要: An inverter circuit has a main circuit for converting DC power into output electric power and outputting the output electric power, and a filter capacitor connected in parallel with the main circuit. A supply switching circuit has a contactor that switches between supplying and not supplying DC power to the inverter circuit. A control calculator outputs a supply signal causing the contactor to supply the DC power. A memory holds charge history information that indicates a history of incomplete charging of the filter capacitor. When a supply signal is outputted from the control calculator, a supply controller controls the contactor on the basis of the charge history information.

    摘要: A propulsion control device is connected to each converter as a load. A carrier phase table, in which, when load states of propulsion control devices capable of being determined to be equivalent to each other are grouped in a same group, setting values of phase angles in the same group are given for each group, is provided in a phase-angle determination unit providing a desired phase angle between signal wave and carrier wave. The phase-angle determination unit refers to the carrier phase table based on a load state signal indicating a load state of each propulsion control device and an own-vehicle ID signal, determines a phase angle provided to each converter, and outputs it to a PWM control unit. The PWM control unit changes a phase angle of the carrier wave based on the phase angle determined by the phase-angle determination unit.

    摘要: A power conversion unit performs an AC mode or DC mode conversion operation in which AC or DC power is converted to power driving a motor in order to supply a load. In response to the output of a sequence test signal instructing execution of a sequence test, a power source output switching switch shuts off the supply of a power from a power source to the power conversion unit. When the sequence test signal has been output and the supply of power to the power conversion unit has been shut off by means of the power source output switching switch, a control unit controls the AC mode or DC mode in order to cause the power conversion unit to execute a conversion operation corresponding to the power supplied to the power conversion unit in accordance with the switching history of sequence test signal output and non-output.
