The first power supply device (121) includes a first driving circuit that outputs a first direct current from a first power supply input and a first control circuit that controls the first driving circuit. The second power supply device (122) includes a second driving circuit that outputs a second direct current from a second power supply input and a second control circuit that monitors the first driving circuit and controls the second driving circuit. The addition circuit (123) is connected to an output terminal of each of the first and second power supply devices (121, 122) and outputs a third direct current that is a value obtained by adding the first and second direct currents to a load device (on-board illumination device (110)).

    摘要: A combination (10) of a power-supply control device (12) and at least one light-control device (14) of a motor vehicle operates at least one semiconductor light source (36, 38). The control device (12) supplies the light-control device (14) with power via a supply line (18) connected to a first connection pin (20) of the control device (12), monitors current flowing through connection pins of the control device (12), and makes use of diagnoses thereof. The light-control device (14) is connected to an additional connection pin (28) of the control device (12) via an error line (26) and checks function of the connected semiconductor light source (36, 38) and, in the case of a malfunction, triggers a current flow in the error line (26). The control device (12) reacts to the triggered current flow with generation of an error message.

    摘要: The universal fleet electrical system is an integrated system for supplying electrical power to aftermarket accessories, particularly to police vehicles and other emergency vehicles. The system includes a central power distribution panel, which includes a fuse panel and a lighting selector junction box, together with a universal wiring harness. A variety of custom wiring harnesses may also be used in the universal fleet electrical system. A dash mounted console is provided for operator control of the various accessory devices. The lighting selector junction box permits various lighting accessories to be connected to different light level circuits through push connectors, so that a plurality of lighting devices may be controlled by a single switch.

The advanced master control unit is configured to receive the vehicle current and generate a first current in response to the vehicle current. Power outlets and/or data ports may be in electrical communication with the advanced master control unit, such that they can receive the first current. The system may also have a simple power supply that can receive the first current and convert this to a second current, which can be used to power in-flight entertainment devices and other components of the vehicle.
