    摘要: In order to provide a welded structure of and welding method for two metallic parts fitted together at a tubular section in a high-pressure fuel supply pump, an electric current is supplied to any of the welding connection surfaces formed between a pump housing and cylinder in a high-pressure fuel supply pump, between the pump housing and an installation flange, between the pump housing and an intake or discharge joint, between the pump housing and a pulsation-absorbing damper cover, between the pump housing and a relief valve mechanism, and between the pump housing and an electromagnetically driven intake valve mechanism. The two sections are pressed against each other to generate, along the connection surface, a plastic flow not causing melting or fusion due to heat, and form a diffusion-weld region at the connection surface by using the plastic flow and the application of the pressure.

    摘要: An object of this invention is to provide such a welded structure of and welding method for two metallic parts fitted together at a tubular section in a high-pressure fuel supply pump, that enables rapid joining of both metallic parts by staking (press-fitting included), screw fastening, and/or laser welding, offers high welding strength and sufficient fluid sealability, and keeps the metallic materials free from thermal changes in composition. Solution: While an electric current is supplied to any one of the welding connection surfaces formed between a pump housing and cylinder in a high-pressure fuel supply pump, between the pump housing and an installation flange, between the pump housing and an intake or discharge joint, between the pump housing and a pulsation-absorbing damper cover, between the pump housing and a relief valve mechanism, and between the pump housing and an electromagnetically driven intake valve mechanism, the particular two sections are pressed against each other to generate, along the connection surface, a plastic flow not causing melting or fusion due to heat, and form a diffusion-weld region at the connection surface by using the plastic flow and the application of the pressure.

    摘要: In the preparation of a modified polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder by polymerizing tetrafluoroethylene in an aqueous medium in the presence of a water soluble fluorine-containing dispersant, a fluoroalkyl vinyl ether is added to a reaction system at latest at a start of a reaction and a copolymerization reaction of the fluoroalkyl vinyl ether with tetrafluoroethylene is initiated, and a chain transfer agent is added to the reaction system after at least 80% of tetrafluoroethylene to be polymerized is consumed. The obtained modified polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder has good molding properties, in particular, extrusion properties, and high heat resistance.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a property determining apparatus for automatically determining in real time, properties of a slurry material such as of a sludge under treatment. The apparatus, being provided with a sampling cylinder 2, a quantitative sampling piston pair comprised of a rear piston 3 and a front piston 4, an air cylinder 5, a measurement tank 8, and a measuring means 10, is connected to a transfer pipe P and the like for a slurry material via a connecting opening 2w of the sampling cylinder 2. As a measuring operation, slurry material is first collected into the sampling cylinder 2 by a volume corresponding to the space S of the pistons 3,4 when the quantitative sampling piston pair is retracted from an initial position shown with a two-dot chain line, supplied to the measurement tank 8 when the space between the pistons are narrowed, then the properties of a slurry material is measured with the measuring means 10, and after that, the space of the pistons are returned to an original position so as to return the slurry material from the measurement tank into the sampling cylinder, and finally the quantitative sampling piston pair is returned to the original position to allow slurry material to be returned to the transfer pipe.
