According to a medical traction device containing a polymer molded article having biocompatibility as a weight for traction of a living tissue to be resected under observation with an endoscope, and a medical traction equipment containing the medical traction device and a grasping member connected to each other, such a medical traction device or traction equipment is provided that in ESD in a digestive tract, a dissected living tissue is efficiently removed from the operative field also in a direction that is different from the moving direction of the endoscope, thereby maintaining the field of view, and the procedures are thus performed safely and rapidly.

By a silk fibroin porous material containing silk fibroin and an amino acid and a method for producing a silk fibroin porous material including freezing a fibroin solution having an amino acid added to a fibroin aqueous solution and subsequently thawing the solution to obtain a porous material, a porous material which does not contain a solvent and which is high in safety and a method for producing the same are provided.

A lubricant coating device related to the present invention is characterized in that it comprises a lubricant supply unit 12 which supplies a lubricant 11 onto an outer peripheral surface of an image carrier 1 that is driven to rotate and a lubricant smoothing unit 13 which is disposed on the downstream side in a rotating direction of the image carrier 1 of the lubricant supply unit 12 and smoothes the lubricant 11 supplied onto the outer peripheral surface. In the lubricant coating device, the lubricant smoothing unit 13 rotates while being in surface contact with the outer peripheral surface of the image carrier 1 and thereby smoothes the lubricant 11 supplied onto the image carrier 1 by the lubricant supply unit 12.

An acquiring unit acquires a provisional telephone number of a receiver and a regular telephone number of a caller who called at the provisional telephone number of the receiver. A searching unit searches a regular telephone number corresponding to the provisional number of the receiver from the storing unit. A call establishing unit establishes a call between the caller and the receiver corresponding to the regular telephone number searched.

An image forming apparatus includes a fog controller to control a fogging level of a toner image carrier by adjusting a fog control parameter on the basis of the fogging level detected by a fogging level detection section and the target fogging level stored in a memory section. While varying a value of the fog control parameter, the fog controller makes a detection pattern forming section to form a series of detection patterns between toner images for each page on the toner image carrier, makes the fogging level detection section to detect each of fogging levels of the series of detection patterns, determines a target fog control parameter value on the basis of each fogging level of the series of detection patterns detected and the target fogging level stored, and adjusts the fog control parameter on the basis of the target fog control parameter value.

An image forming apparatus includes: a moving speed ratio change section which changes a circumferential speed ratio between a surface of a developer bearing member and a surface of an image carrier; and a memory section which stores a target value of fog toner. After the circumferential speed ratio has been changed by the moving speed ratio change section, a controller determines a fog control parameter based on comparing the value detected by the fog toner detection section with the target value stored in the memory section. After then, and the controller controls the moving speed ratio change section to return the circumferential speed ratio to the circumferential speed ratio prior to the change.
