    摘要: A bandpass filter consisting of two dielectric resonators coupled with each other, the bandpass filter comprising: a filter body including an intermediate grounding layer, a first pair of dielectric layers, a pair of inductor layers, a second pair of dielectric layers, a pair of outer grounding electrode layers and a pair of protecting layers, one of each pair being laminated on an upper surface of the intermediate grounding electrode layer in the above order to constitute a first resonator and the other of each pair being laminated on a bottom surface of the intermediate grounding electrode layer in the above order to constitute a second resonator; and a plurality of outer connecting terminals provided on outer surfaces of said filter body and connected to predetermined layers among the intermediate grounding electrode layer, inductor layers and outer grounding electrode layers; wherein the intermediate grounding electrode layer has a coupling portion for magnetically coupling one inductor layer formed on the upper surface thereof with the other inductor layer formed on the bottom surface thereof.

    摘要: An electronic component which is employed in the frequency range in the microwave band or above is mounted on a circuit board. The circuit board comprises two linear transmission line members, a ground electrode, and an electric insulating substrate provided with the transmission line members and the ground electrode on its major surface. The electronic component comprises external electrodes which are formed on its side surfaces. Holding patches which are formed on the lower surface of the electronic component are bonded to the ground electrode by solder members, thereby fixing the electronic component to the circuit board. At this time, small clearances are defined between the electronic component and the circuit board through the solder members, whereby the external electrodes are electromagnetically coupled with the transmission line members and the ground electrode through the clearances respectively. Thus, it is possible to obtain a mounting structure for an electronic component, which can suppress development of unnecessary inductance components.

    摘要: In a variable capacitance module capable of achieving necessary variable capacitance ranges, a variable capacitance circuit includes a variable capacitance element and fixed capacitance elements. A first variable capacitance element and a first fixed capacitance element are connected in series, and the series circuit thereof and a second fixed capacitance element are connected in parallel. Accordingly, with reference to the capacitance of the second fixed capacitance element, the range of the combined capacitance of the variable capacitance circuit is provided by a step size of capacitance based on the combined capacitance of the variable capacitance element and the first fixed capacitance element. The first and second fixed capacitance elements are defined by inner-layer flat-plate electrodes in a laminated substrate, and the variable capacitance element is defined by an MEMS element mounted on a top surface of the laminated substrate.
