    摘要: A valve timing adjusting system includes a displacement mechanism unit that displaces a camshaft rotational phase relative to a crankshaft, a locking mechanism unit that locks the rotational phase, and a control unit that controls operations of a hydraulic control valve. The control unit includes a property obtainment unit that obtains property information regarding hydraulic properties, and a lock release process completes locking release by supplying oil pressure to the locking mechanism unit for moving the rotational phase from an intermediate locked phase toward one of a retard/advance position, and then supplying oil pressure to the locking mechanism unit for moving the rotational phase toward the other of the retard/advance position; the rotational phase stands by at a predetermined position of the one of the retard/advance position past the intermediate locked phase during the lock release process, until a standby time has elapsed.

    摘要: Provided is a high-quality liquid crystal display device in which an electronic component and a flexible printed circuit board are simultaneously mounted onto a liquid crystal panel and the electronic component and the like are prevented from corroding. The liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal display panel (10), at least one electronic component (40) mounted on the liquid crystal display panel in a peripheral portion, and a flexible printed circuit board (50) disposed in the outer circumferential portion of the electronic component in the peripheral edge portion of the liquid crystal display panel. An anisotropic conductive resin (70), which is formed by dispersing and mixing conductive particles (75) in an insulating resin, is integrally disposed on a region that at least covers a mounting area of the electronic component to a mounting area of the flexible printed circuit board in the outer edge portion of the liquid crystal display panel. The electronic component and the flexible printed circuit board are electrically connected to the liquid crystal display panel, respectively, with the anisotropic conductive resin therebetween. The side surface section in the periphery of the electronic component is covered with the anisotropic conductive resin.

The pair of rollers oppose one another sandwiching a conveyance path of a sheet material, and are provided to be capable of increasing and reducing an axis-to-axis separation thereof. The urging unit urges at least one of the pair of rollers in a direction of reducing the axis-to-axis separation of the pair of rollers with an urging force that increases with an increase in the axis-to-axis separation of the pair of rollers, and presses the sheet material with the pair of rollers. The urging unit increases the urging force non-linearly, with a rate of increase of the urging force falling as the axis-to-axis separation of the pair of rollers increases within a range of changes at times of sheet material-pressing.
