摘要: An air conditioning system is arranged to use a power line for communication. The air conditioning system includes one or more indoor units, one or more outdoor units, and a system controller for controlling the indoor units or outdoor units and executes communications between the indoor units and the outdoor units as overlapping a signal on the power line for supplying electric power. The outdoor units are connected with the system controller through a leased communication line. The indoor unit provides a power line communication device being connected with the power line. The outdoor unit provides a leased communication device being connected with the leased communication line. A bridge is also provided for connecting the leased communication line and the power line. The control information is exchanged mutually between the indoor units, the outdoor units and the system controller through the power line.

摘要: An image processing method in which an image of an original is read by an image input device, the read image data is converted to density data used when printing onto a photosensitive material, and an image is obtained on the photosensitive by digital exposure, wherein, when the image data is converted to the density data used when printing onto the photosensitive material, the image data is corrected on the basis of parameters determined by combinations of print finish characteristics, including at least image input device characteristics, which affect a print image when the image of the original is printed on the photosensitive material by an analogue exposure system. On the basis of the above parameters, the density data is obtained while the image data is corrected. For this reason, an image finish print in the digital exposure system can obtain an image quality which is equal to that of a finish print in an analogue exposure system. Additionally, data for monitor display is generated so that the gradation and color tone of the image displayed on the monitor coincide with the gradation and color tone of the image printed on the photosensitive material.

摘要: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a plurality of electrode pads for external connection are arranged in a zigzag pattern. Some electrode pads of the electrode pads of the plurality of I/O cells which are closer to a side of the semiconductor chip, each have an end portion closer to the side of the semiconductor chip, the end portion being set at the same position as that of an end portion of the corresponding I/O cell. A power source-side protective circuit and a ground-side protective circuit against discharge of static electricity are provided with the power source-side protective circuit being closer to the scribe region. A distance between a center position of one of the electrode pads and the ground-side protective circuit of the corresponding I/O cell and a distance between a center position of the other one electrode pad and the ground-side protective circuit of the corresponding I/O cell are both short and are substantially equal between each I/O cell.

摘要: In a defect inspection system using a plurality of detectors such as an upright detector and an oblique detector, if illumination light and wafer height are adjusted to the detection field of view of one detector, a defocused image is detected by other remaining detectors, resulting in degradation of the detection sensitivity. The present invention solves this problem. When a plurality of detectors such as an upright detector and an oblique detector are used in the defect inspection system, the reduction of the inspection sensitivity can be prevented by correcting the field positions of the other remaining detectors with respect to the field of view of the one detector. Further, the variation in optical axis for each inspection system due to the variation in parts and assembly errors can be reduced.
