    摘要: A serial axial fan unit includes first and second motors with their base portions, i.e., first and second base portions axially facing each other. A motor gap is arranged axially between the first and second base portions. An axial length of the motor gap is preferably in a range from approximately 0.3 mm to approximately 2.0 mm. This configuration reduces transmissions of vibration of each of the first and second motors to the other, thereby reducing vibration interference between the first and second motors.

    摘要: A fan includes a motor, an impeller mounted to the motor and generating air flow by rotation around a rotation axis thereof, and a housing defining a passage of the air flow and supporting the motor. A wire outlet opening is provided on the housing in a manner axially penetrating the housing, and a lead wire is inserted into the wire outlet opening. A lead wire holding member is inserted into the wire outlet opening into which the lead wire is inserted, the lead wire holding member elastically presses the lead wire to the housing, and a latching portion of the lead wire holding member is latched to a portion of the housing. Therefore, the lead wire holding member fits in the wire outlet opening while firmly holding the lead wire in the wire outlet opening.

    摘要: The heat sink fan for cooling a heat generating device as disclosed in the present invention is provided with a heat sink that is to be directly mounted on the heat generating device to thereby absorb or disperse the heat generated by the heat generating device, and a housing that is detachably engaged to the heat sink and equipped with a fan, which in turn creates air flow to forcibly cool the heat sink. The housing has a top wall portion and a pair of side wall portions extending vartically downwardly from both sides of this top wall portion, the side wall portions being disposed at both sides of the heat sink and provided with an engaging element at which tip an engaging projection is formed. The housing may be detachably coupled with the heat sink the engaging projection being permitted to engage a retaining means formed on a circuit board on which the heat sink or the heat generating device is mounted.

    摘要: A heat sink fan of the present invention comprises a heat sink including a base plate having a plurality of radiation fins, a housing coupled to the heat sink to cover the top of the heat sink and a fan motor having a rotor including a plurality of fan blades. The housing has a central opening formed for sucking ambient air by rotation of the fan motor. A cylindrical venturi case extends downwardly from the housing central opening to surround the outer periphery of the fan blades. The radiation fins form a circular recessed portion at a central portion of the base plate to accommodate the venturi case and the fan motor. The base plate is formed with tapered sections inclined from the central portion toward end portions of the base plate whereby a space defined between the housing and the base plate gradually increases toward the end portions of the base plate.

And the bottom of the rotor body includes an annular recess coaxially formed with the shaft on an outer surface of the rotor body, an annular projection is coaxially formed with the shaft so as to surround the exposed portion of the shaft on the outer surface of the bottom of the rotor body. The exposed portion of the shaft and the annular projection are accommodated in the annular recess.
