摘要: Provided is a method for producing a glass unit. The method comprises a step (A) of obtaining a glass plate comprising a glass substrate and a Low-E layer placed on the glass substrate; a step (B) of applying a protective sheet to the Low-E layer surface of the glass plate; an optional step (C) of subjecting the glass plate to at least one process selected from the group consisting of transportation, storage, processing, washing and handling; a step (D) of removing the protective sheet from the glass plate; and a step (E) of assembling a glass unit using the glass plate. The protective sheet comprises a waterproof layer, and a PSA layer provided to at least one face of the waterproof layer. The PSA layer has a surface hardness of 0.5 MPa or less.

摘要: Provided is a surface protection sheet that is less susceptible to breaking and tearing caused by adherend processing and can be easily removed from the adherend. The surface protection sheet comprises a substrate and a PSA layer placed on one face of the substrate. The base polymer of the PSA layer has a glass transition temperature of −50° C. or higher. The surface protection sheet has at least 200% elongation at break in both the machine direction and the transverse direction.

摘要: This invention relates to a multilayered patch, comprising: a first layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a mixture of: a styrene-based triblock copolymer, a styrene-based diblock copolymer, and at least one hydrocarbon resin selected from the group of aromatic modified aliphatic hydrocarbon resins, partially hydrogenated resins, and fully hydrogenated resins; wherein the first layer comprises a metal or a metal alloy, or wherein the first layer comprises a polymer and has a strain at break of at least 10%, the strain at break being measured according to ASTM D638 or ASTM D882. The multilayered patch exhibits favourable properties as sealing material for vehicle body holes against ingression of noise, moisture and/or dirt. Also described are methods of sealing and methods of manufacturing the multilayered patch.

摘要: Provided is a medical device and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or tape for application on skin including an electrically peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive for application on skin, which includes an electrically conductive member, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in direct contact with the electrically conductive member. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a compound which dissociates into ionic species upon applying a voltage in the range of from 1 to 100 V to the electrically conductive member and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer exhibits an ionic conductivity of at least 10−11 S/cm at 25° C. with respect to the dissociated ionic species. The invention enables maximized bonding strength to human skin and high resistance to perspiration, while simultaneously eliminating irritation and damage to the upper skin layer upon peeling.
