    摘要: Disclosed is a member of nylon 12 having a relative viscosity of from 1.9 to 3.5 when measured in 98% sulfuric acid at a concentration of 10 g/dm3 and at 25° C. and a melt flow rate of 0.1 g/10 min. or more when measured at 235° C. under a load of 2,160 g, wherein said relative viscosity and said melt flow rate have a relationship of the following formula (I): 2.87×103 exp (−3.48 &eegr;r)≦MFR≦3.25×104 exp (−3.48 &eegr;r)  (I) wherein &eegr;r is relative viscosity and MFR is melt flow rate. The nylon 12 has excellent extrusion moldability and creep characteristics, fatigue characteristics and the like mechanical properties and is suited for tubular molds. A nylon 12 composition comprising the nylon 12 having the above-described specific relationship between &eegr;r and MFR and a plasticizer is also disclosed.

    摘要: A polyamide resin composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of at least one member selected from a polyamide-11 resin and a polyamide-12 resin; optionally (B) from 3 to 30 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin resin; and (C) from 3 to 25 parts by weight of a plasticizer mixture comprising a plasticizer (C1) and a plasticizer (C2). The modified polyolefin resin (B) is either a modified polyolefin (B1) which is a copolymer of an olefin comprising at least one of ethylene and propylene, with an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, or a modified polyolefin (B2) which is a graft polymer obtained by grafting an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof onto a copolymer of an olefin comprising at least one of ethylene and propylene. The plasticizer (C1) has a solidifying point of -40.degree. C. or lower and is at least one member selected from the group consisting of phthalic esters, fatty acid esters, polyhydric alcohol esters, phosphoric esters, trimellitic esters, and epoxy plasticizers, and the plasticizer (C2) is at least one member selected from the group consisting of benzenesulfonic acid alkylamides, toluenesulfonic acid alkylamides, and alkyl hydroxybenzoates.

    摘要: A heat-resistant paint comprising a dispersion or solution of a polymetallocarbosilane and an inorganic filler in an organic solvent,wherein said polymetallocarbosilane is an organometallic polymer having a number average molecular weight of 400 to 50,000 comprising(A) carbosilane bond units of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may be identical or different and each represents a lower alkyl group, phenyl group or a hydrogen atom, and(B) metalloxane bond units of the formula(M--O) wherein M represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Cr and Mo,wherein said inorganic filler is at least one material selected from the group consisting of oxides, borates, phosphates, silicates, silicides, borides, nitrides and carbides; andwherein said inorganic filler is present in an amount of 10 to 900 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of said polymetallocarbosilane.

    摘要: A rubber composition comprising 40 to 100 parts by weight of carbon black per 100 parts by weight of a rubber component,(a) the rubber composition being characterized in that the rubber component contains, in 100 parts by weight thereof, at least 20 parts by weight of a block copolymer prepared by solution polymerization and comprising one unit of butadiene rubber portion and one unit of random-copolymerized styrene-butadiene rubber portion, the butadiene rubber portion having a vinyl content of 15 to 50%, the styrene-butadiene rubber portion having a vinyl content of 20 to 70% and a styrene content of 30 to 60%, the block copolymer having in its entirety a vinyl content of 15 to 60% and a styrene content of 5 to 30% at least 40% of the copolymer being coupled with a tin compound so that the coupled copolymer has a butadiene rubber terminal, the coupled copolymer having only a single Tg at a temperature of up to -60.degree. C.,0 to 80 parts by weight of natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene rubber, synthetic polybutadiene rubber, synthetic styrene-butadiene rubber, modified products of thers rubbers, or mixtures thereof;(b) the rubber composition being further characterized in that the carbon black has a specific surface area value (N.sub.2 SA) withinthe range of 75 ot 105 as determiend by the nitrogen adsorption method and is at least 15 in the difference between N.sub.2 SA and the iodine adsorption value (IA) thereof, up to 5 in the difference between N.sub.2 SA and the specific surface area valve (CTAB) thereof as determined by the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide adsorption method, 90 to 110 in tint strength and up to -3 in the measured tint strength minus the calculated tint stength (.DELTA.tint).
