摘要： In one embodiment, a method of operating a radio access node is provided. The method comprises determining whether support from a secondary cell is required for a wireless device to communicate with the radio access node, and, in response to determining that support from the secondary cell is required, calculating a modified channel condition outer-loop value for the secondary cell; and using the modified channel condition outer-loop value in an initial activation decision step for the secondary cell, The initial activation decision step may comprise activating the secondary cell in response to determining that the sum of a device reported channel condition value and the modified channel condition outer-loop value is above an activation threshold. Corresponding devices, computer programs and radio access nodes adapted to carry out the methods provided are also disclosed.

摘要： A modular power device is used for mounting on a main plate. The modular power device includes a first substrate, a driving module and a converting module. The first substrate having a first axial direction and a second axial direction substantially perpendicular to the first axial direction is inserted into the main plate, such that the second axial direction is substantially perpendicular to the main plate. The driving module is located on one side of the first substrate and electrically connected thereon. The converting module is located on the other side of the first substrate and electrically connected to the driving module. A length of the converting module is substantially equal to that of the first substrate in the first axial direction, and a width of the converting module is smaller than a length of the first substrate in the first axial direction.

The surface (12) of the rotor device is provided with multiple threaded holes (2) used for connecting with a clutch. The threaded holes (2) pass through the surface (13) corresponding to the surface (12). The rotor device of integrated type provided in the invention replaces a traditional fabricated rotor device which comprises a rotor supporting frame of a motor, an engine flywheel, a clutch driving disc and so on. Stability and consistency of the system of the integrated starter-generator motor are improved by the technical solution.
