    摘要: A drive system has a gear unit with planetary gear stage with a planetary gear carrier. A first shaft associated with the gear unit has a coupling flange connectable to the shaft of a working machine or a rotor and is supported by the planetary gear carrier. The gear unit and a motor/generator unit connected to a second shaft of the gear unit are enclosed by a gearbox. The motor/generator unit additionally includes a rotor connected to a hollow rotor shaft with a rotation lock. An electrically isolating, detachable flange connection is disposed between the rotor shaft and the second shaft, with the gear-side end of the detachable flange connection connected to a hollow gear shaft. A gearbox stub which concentrically encloses a gear-side end section of the gear shaft is disposed between gear unit and motor or generator unit and forms a bearing seat for the second shaft.

    摘要: The invention relates to a gear mechanism comprising at least one drive shaft and at least one output shaft, which enter a gear mechanism housing through a respective opening. The drive shaft and/or the output shaft comprise a magnetically or optically coded section in the region of the respective opening. The coding in said section may be changed by the effect of a torque or a force on the drive shaft or output shaft. Moreover, at least one gear wheel connected to the drive shaft and at least one gear wheel connected to the output shaft are provided that are directly or indirectly engaged with one another. In addition, the gear mechanism according to the invention comprises at least one scanning unit for detecting the magnetic or optical coding of the drive shaft or output shaft in a contact free fashion. The scanning unit is disposed in a housing cover surrounding the magnetically or optically coded section of the drive shaft or output shaft and connected electrically to an analysis unit for detecting an overload of the gear mechanism.

The radial slide bearings include a sleeve made of a slide bearing material and attached as an inner ring to a planetary gear shaft or mounted as an outer ring in a bore in a planetary gear. An outer bearing ring cooperating with the inner ring is formed by the bore in the planetary gear, or an inner bearing ring cooperating with the outer ring is formed by the planetary gear shaft. A slide bearing material of a first bearing element of the axial slide bearings is applied between a planetary carrier cheek and an end side of a planetary gear. The end side of the planetary gear or the planetary carrier cheek forms a corresponding cooperating second bearing element.

A flange radially surrounds the input shaft and/or the output shaft and has a circumferential groove on a side facing the input shaft and/or output shaft. An annular tubular sealing element made from an elastic material is fixed in the circumferential groove and can be expanded by an increase in the internal pressure. An intermediate space between the input shaft and/or output shaft and the circumferential groove is thus completely sealed by the sealing element when expanded.

    摘要: A drive system for a wind turbine includes a transmission unit with a planet wheel stage. A coupling flange on a first shaft of the transmission unit can be connected to a driven machine shaft or rotor shaft which is mounted above a planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit connected with a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear case. A rotor of the motor/generator unit is connected to a hollow rotor shaft which surrounds an end section of the second shaft and is connected to the end section via an interior coupling or clamping connection. A connecting-piece is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit, and concentrically surrounds a transmission-side end section of the rotor shaft, forming a bearing seat for the rotor shaft, which also supports the second shaft of the transmission unit.

    摘要: A continuously operating centrifuge for spinning sugar massecuite has a perforated basket which widens conically and rotates about a vertical axis. The perforated basket has a throwing-off edge from which the sugar particles are spun off outwardly and are then collected in a further processing device and undergo additional treatment. The further processing device has a removable collecting channel with at least one discharge nozzle at the base thereof. An overflow nozzle can be installed in the discharge nozzle to cause pooling of liquid and convert the centrifuge from magmatizing operation to dissolving operation. An adjustable rebound member and selectable one of two liquid medium conduits further allow reconfiguration between the two modes of operation. For dry centrifuging, the collecting channel can be removed.
