    摘要: A method for disinfection of the hydraulic circuit of a dialysis machine, comprising an inlet (E) for connection to an external water source and a plurality of open lines (1, 2, 4a, 4b, 26) intended to be connected, in an operational configuration of the machine, to different consumable accessories, comprises the steps of:closing the open lines on the hydraulic circuit in such a way as to form a closed network of lines;bringing a reservoir (40) containing a concentrated disinfection liquid into communication with the hydraulic circuit, in proximity to the inlet;instigating a proportional flow of water and of concentrated disinfection liquid in the hydraulic circuit in such a way as to produce a first liquid having a bactericidal action;interrupting the flow of water and of concentrated disinfection liquid when the hydraulic circuit is filled with bactericidal liquid, the initial volume of concentrated disinfection liquid in the reservoir being chosen such that at the end of the filling of the hydraulic circuit, a residual volume remains in the reservoir (40);adding a volume of water to the residual volume in the reservoir (40) in order to produce a second liquid;emptying the hydraulic circuit of the bactericidal liquid;instigating simultaneously a proportional flow of water and of the second liquid in the hydraulic circuit in such a way as to produce a third liquid having a bacteriostatic action and capable of remaining in the hydraulic circuit for at least twelve hours without causing corrosion there;filling the hydraulic circuit with bacteriostatic liquid.

    摘要: A dialysis machine includes an extracorporeal blood circuit having an arterial pipe and a venous pipe respectively connected to an inlet and an outlet of a blood compartment of a filter. The blood compartment and a dialysis liquid compartment of the filter are separated by a semi-permeable membrane. The machine is configured to determine a sequence of infusion of a liquid in the extracorporeal blood circuit, from at least one characteristic value correlated with the concentration of the blood and/or a filtration efficiency of the filter, and to infuse the infusion solution in the arterial pipe and in the venous pipe in accordance with the determined infusion sequence.

    摘要: In a process for testing filters (4) and (13) of treatment fluid of a hemodiafiltration apparatus (1), each filter has a wet semipermeable membrane (5, 14) which separates a gas-filled first chamber (6 and 15) from a liquid-filled second chamber (7 and 16). The first chambers are pressurised by a pump (19) supplying air, while the second chambers are placed in depression by a drainage pump (17) of used dialysis fluid. A first closed system is formed which includes the first chambers and a second closed system is formed which includes the second chambers. Two pressure gauges (P1 and P2) monitor the pressure in the two closed systems for a predetermined time. The monitoring provides indications relating to the filter integrity.

    摘要: A method for emptying a blood circuit of an apparatus for the extracorporeal treatment of blood after interrupting a treatment session. The apparatus has a blood treatment device with first and second compartments separated by a semi permeable membrane, an arterial pipe connected to an inlet of the first compartment, a venous pipe connected to an outlet of the first compartment and a second end, and a used liquid circuit having a drain pipe connected to an outlet of the second compartment. The method involves the closing of the blood circuit on itself. The blood circuit includes the arterial pipe, the first compartment of the blood treatment apparatus, and the venous pipe, in order to form a closed loop circuit after the arterial and venous pipes have been disconnected from the vascular system of the patient. The blood circuit contains a liquid, which is transferred from the closed loop circuit into the used liquid circuit. The liquid transferred into the used liquid circuit is then drained using the drain pipe.

The arterial pipe is also connected to a pre-dilution pipe of an infusion circuit, and the venous pipe is also connected to a post-dilution pipe of said infusion circuit. The infusion control device regulates and distributes an infusion flow rate in the arterial and venous pipes based on a monitoring of quantities that are directly correlated with the operating conditions of the filter.
