    摘要: A printed wiring board has an insulation layer having upper and lower surfaces, an upper-surface circuit formed on the upper surface of the insulation layer, a resin insulation layer formed on the upper surface of the insulation layer and the upper-surface circuit and having a via-conductor opening through the resin insulation layer, a conductive circuit formed on the resin insulation layer, and a via conductor formed in the opening. The resin insulation layer has first and second surfaces. The second surface of the resin insulation layer faces the upper surface of the insulation layer. The conductive circuit is formed on the first surface of the resin insulation layer. The via conductor is connecting the conductive circuit and the upper-surface circuit. The opening has an inner wall which has a diameter decreasing from the second surface of the resin insulation layer toward the first surface of the resin insulation layer.

    摘要: A capacitive sensor includes a fixed electrode and a movable electrode that is movably supported by an anchor portion through a beam portion. The fixed electrode and the movable electrode are opposed to each other with a gap interposed therebetween, thereby constituting a detecting unit. A capacitance suitable for a size of the gap is detected to detect a predetermined physical value. At least one of an end of the beam portion connected to the anchor portion and an end of the beam portion connected to the movable electrode is provided with a stress moderating unit that moderates a stress.

    摘要: A roll coater with which an interlaminar resin insulating layer and/or a solder resist layer can be formed with good thickness uniformity to enable the manufacture of a printed circuit board free from the no-hole defect and anomalies in the diameter and geometry of the holes for via-hole and/or solder bump which is due to uneven layer thickness, thus having high electrical integrity and reliability. This roll coater 20 is used for forming an interlaminar resin insulating layer and/or a solder resist layer in the manufacture of a printed circuit board including a substrate and, as serially built up thereon, a conductor circuit and an interlaminar insulating layer in an alternate fashion and in repetition, with a solder resist layer formed on top of the resulting multilayer structure, which comprises rolls 21 each having a surface formed with a multiplicity of grooves running in the direction of roll rotation, with the grooves 22a, 22b in the roll-end or marginal areas 21a of the surface being relatively reduced in depth as compared with the remaining area.
