In other example embodiments, the input may be based on the image-based detection of a measure associated with the phase or context of the medical procedure, and this input may be employed to adaptively control the device based on the inferred context or phase of the medical procedure. In other embodiments, images from one imaging modality may be employed to adaptively switch to another imaging modality.

The seal comprises a cylindrical body which can be placed in the oesophagus and is provided with a cylindrical peripheral wall with an end wall, a clamping element which can be displaced to a clamping position relative to the body for clamping oesophageal tissue between at least a part of the clamping element and the cylindrical body, thus fixing the seal in the oesophagus and thereby sealing the oesophagus, wherein the peripheral wall encloses a receiving space and is provided with an opening through which oesophageal tissue can be carried into the receiving space and is there clamped fixedly by the clamping element.

The attachment ring is secured to the pebble by means of a swivel bonded by epoxy resin adhesive in a bore formed in the pebble. 摘要： The present invention relates to a process of forming a sprayable pesticide or herbicide formulation having improved spray drift properties comprising the steps of, i) providing an aqueous concentrate containing pesticide or herbicide, ii) providing an aqueous concentrate containing pesticidal or herbicidal adjuvant or fertiliser, iii) forming the sprayable pesticide or herbicide formulation by combining water, the pesticide or herbicide and the pesticidal or herbicidal adjuvant or fertiliser, wherein the aqueous concentrate of pesticide or herbicide and the aqueous concentrates of the pesticidal or herbicidal adjuvant or fertiliser both contain one or more polymers capable of enhancing spray drift control. The sprayable formulation may be prepared in a spray tank into which is metered water, the concentrate containing herbicide or pesticide and the concentrate containing the pesticidal or herbicidal adjuvant or fertiliser. The process brings about significant improvements in spray drift control without the risk of overdosing with either adjuvant/fertiliser or pesticide/herbicide.
