    摘要: The invention provides an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition which is excellent in flexibility, processability into sheet and appearance of the resulting sheet and which is able to substitute for flexible polyvinyl chloride. The invention further provides a covering material for industrial parts comprising said composition and a laminate comprising said covering material.The composition comprises a partially crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer I containing an oil-extended olefinic copolymer rubber comprising an olefinic copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity of 200-350 or the thermoplastic elastomer I and a partially crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer II containing an oil-extended olefinic copolymer rubber comprising an olefinic copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity of 120 or higher and lower than 200 and the composition has a specific viscoelastic characteristics.

    摘要: An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition which is excellent in mechanical properties and is substitutable for vulcanized rubbers is provided, which comprises a mixture comprising (A) 40-95% by weight of an oil-extended olefinic copolymer rubber comprising 100 parts by weight of an olefinic copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML.sub.1+4 100.degree. C.) of 150-350 and 20-150 parts byw eight of a mineral oil and (B) 5-60% by weight of an olefinic plastic, said mixture being partially crosslinked by dynamic heat treatment in the presence of an organic peroxide. This composition gives superior molded articles free from bleeding of oil on the surface.

    摘要: A process for the polymerization of an olefin which comprises polymerizing an olefin in the presence of a catalyst system consisting essentially of(A) an organoaluminum compound represented by the formula: AlR.sub.m.sup.1 X.sub.3-m.sup.1 wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, X.sup.1 is a halogen atom or an alkoxy group having 1 to 8 atoms and m is a number in the range of 1 to 3,(B) a product prepared by the reaction of (i) a titanium compound selected from the group represented by the formula: Ti(OR.sup.2).sub.p X.sub.q.sup.2 wherein R.sup.2 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, X.sup.2 is a halogen atom and p and q are each a number satisfying the following ranges: 0.ltoreq.p.ltoreq.4, 0.ltoreq.q.ltoreq.4 and p+q=3 or 4, with (ii) a reaction product in a hydrocarbon solvent of a Lewis base selected from the group consisting of ethers, esters of carboxylic acids and phosphite compounds with a solid organomagnesium halide which is obtained by the reaction of magnesium and a halogenated hydrocarbon compound represented by the formula: R.sup.3 X.sup.3 wherein R.sup.3 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and X.sup.3 is a halogen atom in an hydrocarbon solvent, and has a general formula: MgR.sub.l.sup.3 X.sub.2-l.sup.3 wherein R.sup.3 and X.sup.3 are as defined above and is a number in the range of 1.5.gtoreq.l.gtoreq.0.005, and optionally(C) an ester of a carboxylic acid in an amount of up to 1 mole per 1 mole of the organoaluminum compound (A).

    摘要: A thermoplastic elastomer powder composition for powder molding, comprising 100 parts by weight of the following thermoplastic elastomer powder (A) and 0.05 to 20 parts by weight of a fine powder having an average particle diameter of 30 .mu.m or less:(A) (i) a powder of a thermoplastic elastomer comprising a composition composed of an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber and a polyolefin resin or (ii) a powder of a thermoplastic elastomer comprising a partially crosslinked composition composed of an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber and a polyolefin resin, the thermoplastic elastomer powder having a complex dynamic viscosity .eta.*(1), as measured at a frequency of 1 radian/sec and at 250.degree.
