    摘要: A radio frequency power amplifier includes: an amplifying element which amplifies an input signal and outputs the signal from an output terminal; and an output load circuit which includes a first resonant circuit and a second resonant circuit that are connected to the output terminal. The first resonant circuit has a resonance frequency higher than the frequency of the second harmonic of the input signal, and the second resonant circuit has a resonance frequency lower than the frequency of the third harmonic of the input signal. The output load circuit has such an impedance looking from the output terminal that a phase of a reflection coefficient at the second harmonic of the input signal is greater than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees, and a phase of a reflection coefficient at the third harmonic of the input signal is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees.

    摘要: A radio frequency power amplifier includes a transistor and amplifies a radio frequency signal of a first frequency; an input matching circuit connected to an input terminal of the transistor; and an output matching circuit connected to an output terminal of the transistor. A reactance control circuit includes one end connected to the output terminal of the transistor, and the other end connected to an input terminal of an output matching circuit and a bias terminal. The reactance control circuit has a reactance which resonates at a second frequency with a parasitic capacitance of the transistor at the output terminal of the transistor, and the second frequency is identical or close to the first frequency.

    摘要: The grip position calculator determines a grip position where the fingers can grip a workpiece in any orientation of the workpiece. The calculator then determines an initial position where the finger tips can grip the workpiece and set the initial position as a point of calculation. Then an allowable gripping force is calculated which is an index that indicates an allowable force to be applied to the workpiece at point. Then other allowable forces are calculated for a plurality of points near the point of calculation. Then the point of calculation is selected as a possible gripping position if the allowable force a point is greater than any of the allowable forces. Otherwise, one of the points is selected for another point of calculation where the greatest allowable force (De) has been calculated and return to calculating an allowable gripping force.

    摘要: A vibration sensor has a bell shaped casing with a recess formed at its closed end. The recess has a flat bottom and slanted side walls so that an opening of the recess is larger than the bottom of the recess. The casing serves as a first electrode. Mercury of drop-shape is disposed in the recess, and at least two second electrodes are disposed circumferentially around the mercury. This structure creates three vibration systems; i.e., the mercury vibrates in three different modes. The first vibration system is based on the surface tension of the mercury. A portion of the mercury protruding from the recess undergoes vibration. The second vibration system is due to gravity acting on the mercury. The mercury rolls out of the recess between the electrodes in response to vibrations. The third vibration system is based on resonance. The mercury resonates between the electrodes.
