摘要: The invention describes an adapter part (2, 9) for a modular lighting assembly (1) comprising a number of light-emitting diodes (4) mounted on a separate base part (3), which adapter part (2, 9) comprises a number of first electrical connectors (21) arranged to connect the light-emitting diodes (4) to an external power supply; at least one electrical component (5) arranged in a body of the adapter part (2, 9); and a number of second electrical connectors (22) arranged to connect external circuitry to an electrical component (5) arranged in the body of the adapter part (2, 9). The invention further describes a modular lighting assembly (1) comprising a base part (3) upon which a number of light-emitting diodes (4) is mounted; and an adapter part (2, 9) according to the invention. The invention also describes a method of assembling such a modular lighting arrangement (1), comprising the steps of connecting a first adapter part (2, 9) according to the invention to a separate base part (3); choosing a number of electrical components (5, 6) on the basis of an application requirement of the modular lighting arrangement (1); and arranging an electrical component (5, 6) in the adapter part (2, 9) such that an electrical connection is formed between a contact surface of the electrical component (5, 6) and a second electrical connector (22) of the adapter part (2, 9).

摘要: The invention relates to a thin illumination device (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60). The invention also relates to a display device and a luminary device comprising such a thin illumination device. The thin illumination device comprises a translucent plate (2, 23, 31, 41, 51, 66, 73) provided with an array of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) (3, 32, 47, 61, 75) connected by an electric conducting pattern, and a reflector (4, 20, 22, 43, 53, 62, 74) arranged on a first side of the plate at a distance from the plate. Such a construction can be made thinner and works more efficiently than a conventional LED thin-film illumination device.

摘要: It is presented a heat managing device for a light source (100) which combines heat managing by means of a heat sink, heat pipes and forced convection, thereby achieving efficient cooling of high power lighting applications. The heat managing device comprises a heat spreading element (104) having an upper side arranged for thermally connecting to at least one light source (106). The light emitted from the light source is controlled by secondary optics (103). The heat managing device comprises a heat sink which is thermally connected to the heat spreader, and to a first set of heat pipes which is thermally connected to the heat spreader. At least a portion of the heat sink is arranged to encompass the secondary optics. The heat pipes are embedded in the heat sink. Further, a fan for providing forced air convection at the heat sink is comprised in the device. A corresponding lighting device is also presented.

摘要: The present invention relates to an illuminator (10) comprising a substrate (12), a structured conductive layer (16) applied to one surface of the substrate, and at least one light source (18, 26) connected to the structured conductive layer. The illuminator is characterized in that it further comprises an unstructured reflective layer (24) applied on top of said structured conductive layer, which unstructured reflective layer has an essentially continuous extension at least in a surrounding of the at least one light source. Due to the unstructured reflective layer, the optical efficiency of the illuminator can be improved. The invention also relates to a method for producing such illuminator.
