摘要: According to the invention, electric arresters (302, 303, 402, 403) with opposite electric polarity extend from a housing of a galvanic cell (301, 401) at several points for dissipating energy stored in the galvanic cell. At other points, the housing comprises a design (304, 305, 306, 307) supporting the space-saving fastening of the storage cell or a space-saving arrangement of fastening elements (408, 409, 410, 411) for fastening the storage cell within an installation

摘要: Described is a process for the simultaneous sorption of water and organic compounds from gases selected from the group comprising natural gas and process gases (e.g. waste gases of maleic acid or terephthalic acid (anhydride) production or phthalic acid anhydride production or of steam reforming). The gas to be treated is contacted with a sorbent comprising particulate activated carbon in an oxidic carrier on a basis of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum phosphate or aluminosilicate. When natural gas is treated, water and C5+ hydrocarbons, for example, can be separated simultaneously. In steam reforming, with appropriate process management, C2+ hydrocarbons, CO.sub.2 and water can be absorbed simultaneously.

摘要: An airbag for a vehicle occupant restraint system is provided. The airbag comprising a first and a second chamber, which can be inflated for the protection of a vehicle occupant; having an outflow element with an outflow duct via which the gas can flow out of the first chamber when the internal pressure in the first chamber exceeds the internal pressure in the second chamber and which can be compressed under the action of the internal pressure in the second chamber such that an outflow of gas out of the second chamber is counteracted, when the internal pressure in the first chamber is lower than the internal pressure in the second chamber, the outflow element has a two-layer material piece and the outflow duct is formed by folding in a portion of the material piece between the material layers of the material piece.

摘要: A storage device for electrical energy with a plurality of flat storage cells for the storage and the discharge of electrical energy with opposing flat-shaped conductors, spacer elements for maintaining a predetermined space between the storage cells and a clamping means for the clamping of the cells into a stack. The spacer elements have pressure surface areas, wherein the conductors of the cells, each are clamped between the pressure surface areas of two spacer elements by the clamping means by means of force closure. In the area of opposing pressure surface areas of a spacer element, either a contacting element for establishing an electrical connection between the opposing pressure surface areas or an insulating structure is provided. The spacer elements are provided such, that the compressions between the pressure surface areas with an insulating structure and between the pressure surface areas with a contacting element, are ajusted to each other.
