    摘要: A propellant anti-theft system can not only perform permission/stop of operation of a vehicle in a simple and easy manner without using a key, but also suppress the theft and reuse of vehicle parts. The system includes a portable device and an on-board device installed on the vehicle, and further includes an engine control device, a switch and various units, all of which are connected to the on-board device. The on-board device includes a transmitter receiver, a storage circuit and a control circuit. The portable device includes a transmitter receiver, a storage circuit and a control circuit. The control circuit of the on-board device compares common data possessed by itself and common data stored in microprocessor units of the engine control device and the various units, and unlocks a steering locking section included in the various units and outputs an engine starting permission signal to the engine control device when both of the individual pieces of common data coincide with each other.

    摘要: To dispense with a key cylinder and permit or stop operation of an engine with ease, an engine starting system of the present invention comprises a power source activation unit, an engine control unit, a propelled-object-side equipment, a steering wheel locking unit, a switch, and a portable equipment. The portable equipment includes a transmitter-receiver, a memory circuit, and a control circuit. The propelled-object-side equipment includes a transmitter-receiver, a memory circuit, and a control circuit. The propelled-object-side equipment transmits an inquiry signal to the portable equipment in response to an actuation signal of the switch, and the portable equipment transmits an answer signal corresponding to the inquiry signal. If the answer signal corresponds to the inquiry signal, the control circuit unlocks the steering wheel locking unit, permits the engine to be started, and performs various operations depending on how many times and how long the switch is actuated.

    摘要: A plurality of mutually separate electrodes supported by a support frame are pre-molded into an integral electrode assembly in which the electrodes are connected with each other through resin moldings. The electrode assembly thus formed is cut off from the support frame to provide a primary product in which the electrodes are electrically disconnected from each other. The primary product is then molded into a molded unit having the electrodes embedded therein. Preferably, the primary product is placed in a mold and supported at a predetermined location by a plurality of support pins which abut against the resin moldings. The support pins are removed from the molded unit while leaving corresponding through-holes after a molten resin is poured into the mold and cooled. The electrodes embedded in the molded unit are prevented from being exposed to the outside of the molded unit via through-holes.

The LED and photodiode communicate through respective housing windows 111 when a slit 110 in the plate passes between them. The windows and the slit are sector-shaped, with concentric inner and outer edges, and radially oriented side edges. These configuration steepen the leading and trailing edges of the photodiode output, thus enhancing the detection accuracy.

    摘要: A vehicular electronic key system includes an on-board device that mutually communicates with a portable device, and operates control equipment installed on a vehicle when specific information from the portable device is authenticated. The on-board device includes a distance storage section for storing travel distances of the vehicle, and a warning section for warning that the portable device disappeared when communication was stopped between the on-board device and the portable device. The on-board device communicates with the portable device each time a predetermined distance is travelled, stores the travel distance at each communication time point into the distance storage section, and drives, upon detection that a signal transmitted from the portable device was disrupted, the warning section to warn an undetected region between the last travel distance stored immediately before the transmitted signal was disrupted and a travel distance at a time point at which the transmitted signal was disrupted.

The system of the present invention includes: a smart unit mounted in a vehicle that has a unique smart ID corresponding to the vehicle and allows registration a mobile device ID; and a mobile device having a unique mobile device ID and allowing registration of the smart ID. In the system, when the smart unit registers the mobile device ID of one mobile device, the smart unit registers its own smart ID into the one mobile device, and unlocking or locking of the vehicle is performed only when the smart unit detects the obile device having the mobile device ID that is registered in the smart unit.
