    摘要: The present invention provides a rubber composition for a breaker, which achieves both good fuel economy and good breaking performance while simultaneously having excellent processability, and a pneumatic tire including a breaker produced using the rubber composition. The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a breaker, including: a rubber component that contains a modified natural rubber, the rubber having a phosphorus content of 200 ppm or less; and carbon black and/or a white filler, wherein the rubber composition contains 5% by mass or more of the modified natural rubber based on 100% by mass of the rubber component.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for preparing an oil extended rubber, in which an effect on environments can be taken into consideration, provision for the future decrease of petroleum supply can be satisfied, and further, strength is excellent without molecular breakage, an oil extended rubber obtained by the preparation process, and a tire using the oil extended rubber. A process for preparing an oil extended rubber, comprising (a) a step of preparing an oil-in-water type emulsion by emulsifying a vegetable oil having an iodine value of not less than 135 with a surfactant, (b) a step of mixing said emulsion and a modified natural rubber latex, and then aging the mixture, and (c) a step of coagulating the mixture obtained in the step (b) to obtain a lump of a rubber, an oil extended rubber obtained by the preparation process, and a rubber composition for a tire and a tire which use the oil extended rubber.

    摘要: The present invention provides a rubber composition that improves processability and fuel efficiency without decreasing mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, which are excellent properties of natural rubber, and a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition for a tire tread. Specifically, the present invention provides a rubber composition for a tire tread comprising 5 to 150 parts by weight of silica having nitrogen-adsorbing specific surface area of 100 to 300 m2/g and/or 5 to 150 parts by weight of carbon black having nitrogen-adsorbing specific surface area of at least 70 m2/g and dibutyl phthalate oil absorption of at least 70 ml/100 g, based on 100 parts of a rubber component containing 5 to 100% by weight of a deproteinized natural rubber having a weight average molecular weight of 1,400,000 and nitrogen content of at most 0.1% by weight, and a pneumatic tire comprising the rubber composition for a tire tread.

Particularly, a process for the production of deproteinized natural rubber latex is disclosed, which comprises treating natural rubber latex with a proteolytic enzyme and a surfactant to decompose protein in natural rubber latex, washing the treated natural rubber latex in the presence of a salt. According to the process, deproteinized natural rubber latex useful as a counter-allergy material having stable qualities can be produced easily with high productivity and low cost.

    摘要: The glove according to the present invention has, at least partially, a laminated part 2 in which a plurality of different types of rubbers are successively laminated. In the laminated part 2, the lowermost layer is a natural rubber layer, and the top surface layer is an oil-resistant rubber layer (for example, an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber layer). The glove manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises the steps of immersing a glove mold in natural rubber latex containing a heat-sensitive coagulant to form a coating of the lowermost layer on the mold surface, and immersing at least a part of the lowermost layer in another rubber latex different from the first-mentioned rubber latex. The glove of the present invention has high strength and is economical and excellent in oil resistance and solvent resistance.
