摘要: The present invention is a resin composition for use in a coated molded article including: 35 to 90 mass % of (A) a polyamide resin; 9 to 50 mass % of (B) an ABS resin; 1 to 25 mass % in total of (C) two or more kinds selected from a carboxylic acid-modified AS resin, a carboxylic acid-modified acrylic resin, a carboxylic acid-modified maleimide resin, a carboxylic acid-modified ABS resin, and a carboxylic acid-modified SEBS resin; and 2 to 80 parts by mass of (D) glass fiber and/or carbon fiber with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total of components (A), (B), and (C).

摘要: An automotive exterior resin part which is a molded article made of a long glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate resin/styrene-based resin, has been molded by injection molding, has a projected area of 200 cm2 or above and allows coating, plating or deposition, wherein the content of the glass fibers in the molded article is 25 to 50% by weight and the weight-average fiber length thereof is 1.0 to 1.5 mm, the centerline average surface roughnesses (Ra) over all faces to be subjected to coating, plating or deposition is 0.8 μm or below and the maximum coefficient of linear expansion at 30 to 80° C. is 5×l0−5 (1/K) or below.

摘要: The present invention provides a joining method using a method of laser welding wherein two resin molded bodies can be joined with high welding strength. Specifically, this is a method that joins two thermoplastic resin molded bodies using a method of laser welding; the first resin molded body is a laser light transmissive molded body comprising a thermoplastic resin and cellulose fibers with an α-cellulose content of 80% or more; the second resin molded body is a laser light absorbent molded body containing a thermoplastic resin and a colorant; and the first resin molded body and the second resin molded body are welded by irradiating laser light from the first resin molded body side.
