    摘要: A resin composition capable of laser marking according to the present invention includes a polyolefin resin in combination with a laser-sensitive component such as a carbon black or metallic compound white pigment and a dispersing aid such as a higher fatty acid compound. The polyolefin resin includes, for example, a polypropylene. The resin composition may further include about 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of an elastomer relative to 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin resin. By irradiating an surface of a molded article obtained from the resin composition with a laser, a mark having a sharp and uniform contrast can be formed on the surface of the molded article.

    摘要: A resin composition comprises 1 to 60 parts by weight of a wollastonite fiber (in which the number-average fiber length is 1 to 30 μm, the number-average fiber diameter is 0.1 to 10 μm, and the proportion of the number of a fiber having a fiber length of 5 to 25 μm relative to the total number of the fiber is 20 to 75%) and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of an acid- or epoxy-modified olefinic resin having a melting point of 100 to 170° C., relative to 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (e.g., a polycarbonate-series resin). The weight-average molecular weight of the modified olefinic resin may be about 2.5×104 to 30×104. The resin composition may comprise a flame retardant. The combination use of the wollastonite fiber and the modified olefinic resin improves heat resistance, impact resistance and weld strength, even in the case of using a wollastonite fiber having a number-average fiber diameter of about 4 to 7 μm and an average aspect ratio of about 1.5 to 3. The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition for improving the impact resistance, weld strength and surface property without deteriorating the heat resistance.

    摘要: A resin composition for a white marking, on which a white marking can be clearly developed by irradiation of laser beams, comprises an acrylic resin A, a styrenic resin B, and a black dye/pigment C. Use can be made of poly(methyl methacrylate) as the resin A, a rubber-modified styrenic resin such as an ABS resin as the resin B, and a carbon black as the black dye/pigment C. The proportion of the resin A to the resin B (the former/the latter, by weight) is about 1/99 to 99/1. The proportion of the black dye/pigment C is about 0.01 to 3 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the resin A and the resin B. The resin composition may further comprise a white dye/pigment D such as titanium oxide in 0.01 to 10 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the resins A and B.
