Abstract: The invention relates to a powder comprising particles consisting of a composition comprising at least one polyaryletherketone and at least one flexible thermoplastic polymer. The elastic modulus of the flexible thermoplastic polymer is at least two times lower than that of the polyaryletherketone. The polyaryletherketone forms a matrix in which the flexible thermoplastic polymer is dispersed. The powder particles have a volume-weighted particle size distribution with a median diameter d50 of strictly less than 500 μm. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing the powder and to uses thereof and objects derived therefrom.
