摘要: The disclosed systems and methods include a mold assembly having a malleable mold (4), a moldable blank (2) and a bladder (1) positioned about the moldable blank (2) to transmit an external force applied to the mold assembly uniformly to the moldable blank (2) and hence to the malleable mold (4). The invention further includes a method of replicating a surface by use of the mold assembly. The method may include manipulating the malleable mold (4) to record the image to be replicated. This manipulation may include a physical engagement of the mold with a physical surface to be replicated. Alternatively, an image, e.g., photograph or laser scan of the surface may be transmitted to a computer numerically controlled (“CNC”) system. The CNC system then manipulates the malleable mold (4) to reflect the surface to be replicated. An activated moldable blank, e.g., a blank (2) fabricated from a thermo-forming material, is then positioned over the malleable mold. The bladder (1) is then secured about the moldable blank (2). An external force, such as that induced by placing the mold assembly in a vacuum chamber, is then applied to the mold assembly.

In one aspect, a web page is updated by refreshing the web page using values obtained from a database, wherein the values have been selected to improve the search visibility of the web page. The values may be search engine optimized HTML code delivered to a web server from an external database server. In another aspect, a request is received for a web page, and in response to the request, an alternate web page is sent. The alternative web page corresponds to the requested web page, but further has content (e.g., search-optimized meta data) to improve the search visibility of the requested web page.

摘要: A high temperature humidity determining device which measures the moisture content of gas streams with temperatures as high as, but not limited to 600.degree. F. The device uses a solid state, thin film polymer type relative humidity/temperature sensor and electronic barometer to measure the properties of the gas stream. The unit does not require laboratory quality oxygen, ice water, distilled water or any other cleaning fluids. In order to avoid damage to the sensor, a sample is cooled to below about 300.degree. F. prior to sampling. This is done by pumping the sample air through a thermostatically controlled sample conduit, and into a positively pressurized and thermostatically controlled sample chamber. A microprocessor calculates the humidity ratio and dew point of the sample or other moist air properties, and delivers data to a visual process indicator, as well as to any other desired output.
