摘要: The instrument for an endoscope is an instrument for an endoscope is able to move reciprocally in the channel of the endoscope along a guide wire, and includes: a sheath portion having a guide lumen into which the guide wire is inserted and another lumen disposed along the guide lumen. The proximal end of the sheath portion is bifurcated into the first sheath portion having the guide lumen and the second sheath portion having the other lumen.

摘要: A treatment device for an endoscope has a tubular sheath portion having an inlet opening at the proximal end thereof and a long treatment device body provided with a basket at the distal end thereof, wherein the treatment device body is advanceably/retreatably inserted into the sheath portion through the inlet opening, and the basket is projected from and retreated into the distal end of the sheath portion by advancing and retreating the treatment device body relative to the sheath portion. The treatment device for an endoscope has an installation portion that is placed between an endoscope, at which forceps plug opening is provided, and the sheath portion and installs the sheath portion to the endoscope such that the inlet opening and the forceps plug opening are arranged opposite to each other on substantially the same line.

摘要: In a pulse wave analyzer, an ECG signal and a pulse wave signal are detected from an object to be analyzed. A plurality of feature points are extracting from the acquired ECG signal, the feature points appearing in a waveform of the ECG signal. The acquired pulse wave signal is segmented into a plurality of pulse wave signal pieces based on times at which the feature points appear. Each of the pulse wave signal pieces is segmented every heart beat. A reference pulse wave is calculated based on the plurality of pulse wave signal pieces, by multiplying the pulse wave signal pieces by coefficients and averaging the pulse wave signal pieces multiplied by the coefficients. The reference pulse wave is used to estimate the blood pressure of the object.
