摘要: A photocatalyst-containing silicone resin composition is provided, which can be baked at a relatively low temperature (e.g., approximately 100° C.) to form a film having high transparency, durability and photocatalysis. This composition comprises TiO2, a Zr containing compound, a hydrolyzable silicone resin and a Si containing compound containing SiO2 particles. A content of the Zr containing compound in terms of its oxide is 0.005 to 0.1 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of TiO2. A content of the Si containing compound in terms of its oxide is 0.5. to 6.0 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of TiO2. A content of the SiO2 particles is 0.1 to 3 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight in terms of an oxide of the hydrolyzable silicone resin.

摘要: A joint member is made of an elastic member whose cross sectional shape is an almost M-character shape and which has: an inserting portion formed with an opening portion and a slit; an outer edge portion as an outer peripheral portion of the joint member; and a supporting fixing portion for coupling the inserting portion and the outer edge portion on the upper portion side. A cross sectional shape of an opening of the opening portion is a shape of a circular cone frustum in which the opening and a bottom surface are coupled via an inclined surface. The slit is formed in the rectangular bottom surface. The joint member is sandwiched between a casing and a pressing plate. The inserting portion and the supporting fixing portion exist in planes which are different in the inserting direction of a liquid supply needle.

摘要: An improved bootstrap output circuit which can operate stably without being influenced by noise and voltage fluctuation of the substrate. A delay circuit includes a first MIS transistor having a gate receiving a first input signal, a drain connected to a power supply and a source connected to a first node. A second MIS transistor has a gate receiving a second input signal, a drain connected to the first node and a source connected to the ground potential. A third MIS transistor has a gate receiving the second input signal, a drain connected to the power supply and a source connected to a second node. A fourth MIS transistor has a gate connected to the first node, a drain connected to the second node and a source held at the ground potential. A fifth MIS transistor has a gate connected to the second node, a drain connected to the first node and a source connected to the first input signal. The delay circuit generates an output signal from the second node the level of which falls with a predetermined delay after the rise of the first input signal. A driver circuit including a bootstrap circuit makes use of the output at the second node for controlling the charge operation of the bootstrap capacitor.
