摘要: A play-free radial ball bearing, includes an inner bearing ring and two outer bearing rings which are disposed in spaced-apart relationship and define a common raceway. A spring element applies an axial force on one of the outer bearing rings to thereby press the outer bearing rings resiliently against one another. The outer bearing rings and the spring element are surrounded by a tolerance ring which is made of plastic material to provide a structural unit, whereby the tolerance ring has a shoulder on one end for radially surrounding the spring element and at least one retaining lug on another end for radially surrounding the other one of the outer bearing rings.

摘要: A suspension strut used in a wheel suspension of an automotive vehicle, includes a shock absorber, a suspension strut bearing, and a coil spring at least partially coaxially surrounding the shock absorber and having one spring end supported by the shock absorber. The suspension strut bearing includes two plastic carrier elements, and a roller bearing positioned between the carrier elements. One carrier element is a guide ring connected to a vehicle body of the vehicle, and the other carrier element is a single-piece housing having incorporated therein plural hollow chambers in partial concentric surrounding relationship to the shock absorber and formed with a guide collar and a support surface for supporting the other end of the coil spring. The guide ring has a radially inner collar and a radially outer collar which together receive the roller bearing and extend at least beyond a midsection of the roller bearing.

摘要: The linear rolling bearing for transmitting torques about its longitudinal axis has an inner profile element and an outer profile element a first circulatory channel having roller bodies and a second circulatory channel having roller bodies. Each circulatory channel having a loadbearing channel, a return channel, and two deflection channels which connect the loadbearing channel and the return channel to one another in an endless manner. The inner profile has longitudinal teeth and each circulatory channel is positioned between separate teeth. The loadbearing channel of both the first and second circulatory channel bear against the same tooth. The first and second circulatory channel can transmit torque in the same direction by changing the return channel to a load bearing channel such that there are two loadbearing channels both on different teeth.

摘要: An actuating unit for use on an electromechanically actuated disc brake for automotive vehicles including a drive unit or an electric motor, an actuating element for actuating one of two friction linings displaceably arranged in a brake caliper, and a first and a second reducing gear. The first reducing gear is comprised as a ball screw, while a planetary gear is used as the second reducing gear. To increase the efficiency, the present invention discloses a coupling shaft used to transmit forces from the planet cage of the planetary gear to the threaded spindle of the ball screw. The ends of the coupling shaft form universal joints with the planet cage and the threaded spindle.
