摘要: Broadband energy incident on a transducer having partially or fully reflective surfaces separated by a gap which is greater than the coherence length of the broadband energy but smaller than one-half a coherence length of a band of energy within said broadband energy causes a portion of the spectral content of the broadband energy corresponding to a coherence length greater than twice the gap length to exhibit interference effects while the average power of the broadband energy remains unaffected. Splitting energy reflected from the transducer into two beams which are filtered at preferably similar center frequencies but with different pass bands yields beams which are radically different in sensitivity to changes in gap length. Analyzing the beams to derive a ratio of powers (since source intensity and fiber attenuation in a common fiber are thus self-cancelling) allows high accuracy and high resolution absolute measurement of temperature, pressure or strain. Effects of any of these physical parameters which are not of interest in a measurement can be fully compensated or made arbitrarily insignificant in a simple transducer structure of extremely small size. Use of broadband energy permits measurement over greater lengths of optical fiber.

摘要: A nonlinear magnetic force-based arched piezoelectric ceramic energy harvesting deceleration strip, which comprises an outer case and an internal generating mechanism. The outer case structure comprises an upper deceleration strip and a casing. The casing is embedded in the pavement structure by excavating the upper part of surface course. A rebounding mechanism is located between the upper deceleration strip and casing to restore the pressed upper deceleration strip. Features: the generating mechanism comprises a rack, a gear set and generating discs. The rack is disposed at the bottom of the upper deceleration strip and moving up and down therewith. The rack can drive the gear set to generate acceleration, and the transmission shafts drive the left and right generating discs to rotate. The gear set is combined with three transmission shafts.

摘要: A nutrition tracking system comprises a nutrition tracking server, a plurality of weight-based food offering terminals, and one or more nutrition and meal information inquiry terminals. Multiple weight-based food offering terminals may be equipped on a food service cart. Each weight-based food offering terminal may be initialized to offer a type of food. The weight-based food offering terminal automatically measures the weight of food taken by a customer or for a customer, calculates the cost of food, and shows the weight and the cost on the display in real time. When the food is paid, the weight-based food offering terminal automatically reports the vending information to the nutrition tracking server. The nutrition tracking server maintains a database for customer meal information and a database for customer nutrition information. Customers may inquire their meal history and nutrition information using the nutrition and meal information inquiry terminals.

A PMIP network node may be adapted to (a) provide wireless network connectivity to an authentication peer via a first network access node; (b) provide a PMIP key to both ends of a PMIP tunnel between the first network access node and a PMIP network node used to provide communications to the authentication peer; (c) provide the PMIP key to a first authenticator associated the first network access node; (d) receive a request at the PMIP network node from a requesting entity to reroute communications for the authentication peer; and/or (e) verify whether the requesting entity knows the PMIP key.

The method for preparing the DNA library may comprise the steps of: digesting a genomic DNA sample using a restriction endonuclease to obtain a digested product, wherein the restriction endonuclease comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of Mbo II and Tsp 45I; separating the digested product to obtain DNA fragments having a length of 100 bp to 1,000 bp; end-repairing the DNA fragments to obtain an end-repaired DNA fragments; adding a base A to the end of the end-repaired DNA fragments to obtain DNA fragments having a terminal base A; and ligating the DNA fragments having the terminal base A with sequencing adaptors to obtain the DNA library.

摘要: A maintenance tool for an insulator of a direct current transmission line comprises clamping devices and a tensioning device. The clamping devices are mounted at the two sides of the insulator through clamping, and the tensioning device is connected between the clamping devices. The clamping devices comprise a closed clamp (1), a single serial clamping device (2) and a wire end clamping device (30). The clamping device has advantages such as strong overall strength and bearing capacity, small size, light weight, and reliable working, and can be applied to replacement of various insulators on the direct current transmission line, reliably ensuring safe commissioning and regular maintenance of transmission lines.

摘要: The present document discloses a method and system for realizing virtual machine mobility, comprising: in a process of establishing communication with a second virtual machine, a first virtual machine subscribing to a media access control (MAC) address change notification of the second virtual machine from an address resolution server (ARS) through a first virtual switch in a physical server where the first virtual machine is located; after the second virtual machine migrates, a second virtual switch in a physical server, to which the second virtual machine migrates, registering a corresponding relationship between an IP address of the second virtual machine and a MAC address of the second virtual switch itself to the ARS; and the ARS updating the MAC address corresponding to the IP address of the second virtual machine, and notifying the first virtual machine of the updated MAC address according to the subscription of the first virtual machine.
