摘要: Disclosed is a method of forming an electrically conductive circuit comprising the steps of: preparing a transferring paper in which an assembly of electrically conductive foil carrying a predetermined pattern and an insulating layer containing glass frit and an overcoat layer consisting of a resin film having good burning property are provided on a transferring paper covered with a paste layer; removing an integral structure of the conductive foil, the insulating layer, and the overcoat layer from the transferring paper; transferring the removed integral structure onto a substrate; and burning the substrate with the integral structure set thereon at a temperature where the glass is soften. According to this method, it is possible to eliminate transformation or damage of a conductive foil where a conductive foil is singly disposed on a substrate.

摘要: A variable capacitor, wherein at least one of its stator or rotor electrode is made of aluminum alloy or copper alloy and coated with a thin dielectric material layer containing fluorocarbon resin as its principal component by means of baking, is disclosed. The disclosed variable capacitor is particularly suited for a miniaturization of an appliance which adopts this variable capacitor. Careful qualification of the electrode materials, dielectric material, additional dielectric substance, and conditions for performing the baking and layer forming operation prevent the formation of the oxide film over the surface of the electrode material, and thus ensures a firm adherence of the layer to the substrate and a large maximum capacitance of the layer.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a polygonal glass fiber is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a glass in a melted state is poured into a dividable polygonal slit having a cross section 5 to 20 times larger than a finally required cross section of a glass fiber to be made, and the glass poured into the slit is drawn so as to make a polygonal glass fiber. According to another embodiment of the present invention, a glass in a melted state is passed through a twin roller having a required cross section so as to make a polygonal glass fiber.

摘要: This invention relates to a sealing glass for use in bonding glass, ceramics and metals and specifies the composition of a sealing glass which is workable at moderate temperatures and is excellent in transparency and strength. Amorphous magnetic materials have themselves a crystallization temperature and when used in a magnetic head, the amorphous materials undergo crystallization in assembling the head at a sealing temperature higher than the crystallization temperature and becomes not only brittle but also deteriorated in magnetic characteristics so that the head becomes unsuitable for use. The present glass is advantageously used in such a case.
