    摘要: The present invention provides a liquid dispensing apparatus which makes it possible to correctly and easily detect a dispensing operation judgment failure with high accuracy without particularly using a complicated detection mechanism or means. The present invention provides a liquid dispensing apparatus comprising: a nozzle which sucks a solution in a cassette and dispenses the sucked solution into another cassette; and a cassette holder which holds the another cassette; wherein the nozzle is used as a first electrode and the cassette holder as a second electrode; and wherein the liquid dispensing apparatus includes measurement means for measuring a capacitance between the first and second electrodes between the time before the start of solution dispensing operation and the time immediately after the end thereof.

    摘要: A variable valve timing control apparatus of an internal combustion engine, has a housing having a plurality of shoes and a vane member having a plurality of vanes dividing each working fluid chamber formed between adjacent two shoes into advance and retard oil chambers. The vane member rotates to an advanced angle side and to a retarded angle side relative to the housing by selectively supplying or exhausting hydraulic pressure in or from the advance oil chamber and the retard oil chamber. A most-advanced angle position and a most-retarded angle position are limited by the fact that one vane touches one shoe from a circumferential direction. Radius of curvature of one of both corners of a base part of the one shoe, which is a corner located at a side where the one vane does not touch, is set to be greater than those of corners of the other shoes.

    摘要: Even if an internal combustion engine is stopped having a lock pin of a vane rotor kept disengaged from a lock recess, subsequent engine starting can instantly move the vane rotor to a desired angular position where the lock member an be engaged with the lock recess. The vane rotor has therein two passage control mechanisms each having a hydraulically actuated valve body. When the valve body is moved to a given position, retarding and advancing hydraulic holes become communicated to each other through an annular groove of the valve body. Due to this ON communication, retarding and advancing operation chambers become communicated, so that reciprocative swing movement of the vane rotor induced by an alternating torque produced at the starting of the engine is effectively made and thus the vane rotor can be quickly turned to the desired angular position for ease of engine starting.
