Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a drive backplane, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel. The drive backplane includes: a base substrate; a first conductive layer, located on the base substrate; a first flat layer, located in a region, other than a pattern of the first conductive layer, on the base substrate; a second flat layer, located on a side, facing away from the base substrate, of the first conductive layer and the first flat layer, where the second flat layer includes a plurality of first via holes; and a second conductive layer, located on a side, facing away from the base substrate, of the second flat layer, where a pattern of the second conductive layer is electrically connected with the pattern of the first conductive layer through the first via holes.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a reflective electrode and an array substrate and a display device thereof. The reflective electrode includes a reflective conductive layer and a color compensation layer located on the reflective conductive layer. The reflective conductive layer has a first reflectivity to first light having a first wavelength and a second reflectivity to second light having a second wavelength. The first light and the second light are combined into white light. The first reflectivity is smaller than the second reflectivity. The color compensation layer is configured such that the reflective electrode has a third reflectivity to the first light and a fourth reflectivity to the second light. A ratio of an absolute value of a difference between the third reflectivity and the fourth reflectivity to the third reflectivity is smaller than 16.4%.

Abstract: A drive backboard includes: a first conductive layer including bonding pins and first connecting lines, an insulating layer including first via holes and second via holes, a second conductive layer including connecting electrodes and second connecting lines and a conductive protective layer including first protective structures and second protective structures. The first via hole exposes the bonding pin, one end of a first connecting line electrically connects a bonding pin, and the other end reaches the second via hole. One end of a second connecting line electrically connects a connecting electrode, and the other end electrically connects the first connecting line through the second via hole. The first protective structure covers the bonding pin, and the second protective structure covers the second connecting line formed at the position of the second via hole. The pattern of the conductive protective layer is complementary to the pattern of the insulating layer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a touch substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. In the touch substrate of the present invention, first leads of a first-layer structure are connected with first patterns in a second-layer structure via first via holes, second leads of the first-layer structure are connected with second patterns in the second-layer structure via second via holes, and the first patterns and the second patterns produce mutual capacitance. Each first pattern comprises a plurality of branches radiating from the center to the circumference, each second pattern surrounds one first pattern in a mutually separated manner, and when the touch substrate is used for flexible display, the second patterns can cover the whole bent surface, so that when a user touches any place of the touch substrate, the touch substrate can quickly respond and blind spots cannot be formed.

A plurality of first electrodes (11) spaced apart by a first predetermined distance along a first direction is formed over a substrate (5), with adjacent first electrodes (11) mutually connected via a connection part (111). A plurality of second electrodes (12) spaced apart by a second predetermined distance along a second direction is formed over the substrate (5), with adjacent second electrodes (12) mutually connected via a bridging element (3). An insulating layer (2) is formed between the bridging element (3) and the connection part (111). The insulating layer (2) is formed by oxidizing a metal element sputtered from a target, which is used to form one or more of the connection part (111) and the bridging element (3), in an ambient with oxygen so as to form a metal oxide layer over one of the connection part (111) and the bridging element (3).
