Abstract: A displaying base plate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a displaying device. The displaying base plate includes a substrate, and a first electrode layer disposed on one side of the substrate, wherein the first electrode layer includes a first electrode pattern; a first planarization layer disposed on one side of the first electrode layer that is away from the substrate, wherein the first planarization layer is provided with a through hole, and the through hole penetrates the first planarization layer, to expose the first electrode pattern; and a second electrode layer, a second planarization layer and a third electrode layer that are disposed in stack on one side of the first planarization layer that is away from the substrate, wherein the second electrode layer is disposed closer to the substrate, the second electrode layer is connected to the first electrode pattern and the third electrode layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display device, a display panel, and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel includes a substrate, a driving layer, and a display layer. The substrate has an opening area, a transition area surrounding the opening area, and a display area surrounding the transition area. The driving layer is disposed on a side of the substrate and covers at least the transition area and the display area, an area of the driving layer being located in the transition area being provided with a separation groove surrounding the opening area, the separation groove including a first groove body and a second groove body sequentially communicated toward the substrate in a direction perpendicular to the substrate, and a distance between bottom ends of side walls of the first groove body being smaller than a distance between top ends of side walls of the second groove body.

Abstract: A display substrate has a display area and a peripheral area. The display substrate includes a base, a first insulating layer disposed above the base, a first alignment pattern disposed in the peripheral area on a surface of the first insulating layer facing away from the base, and a second alignment pattern disposed in the peripheral area at a side of the first insulating layer away from the base. An orthographic projection of the second alignment pattern on the base and an orthographic projection of the first alignment pattern on the base have a non-overlapping region therebetween, and the second alignment pattern is in contact with the first insulating layer in the non-overlapping region. Adhesion between the second alignment pattern and the first insulating layer is greater than adhesion between the second alignment pattern and the first alignment pattern.

The display panel comprises a hole in a display region and comprises: a substrate; a drive circuit layer comprising a thin film transistor; a wire, connected to the thin film transistor; one or more isolation members surrounding the hole, disposed on the side of the drive circuit layer, and located between the wire and the hole, at least one isolation member comprising a first and a second isolation layer, and an orthographic projection of a surface of the first isolation layer away from the substrate is inside that of the second isolation layer on the substrate; a planarization layer, on the side of the drive circuit layer and covering the wire; and an anode, on the side of the planarization layer and connected to the wire by a via penetrating the planarization layer.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a display substrate, a method for manufacturing the display substrate, a liquid crystal display device and an OLED display device. The display substrate comprises: a base substrate; and multiple metal touch electrodes formed in the same layer on the first/second side of the base substrate; each touch electrode comprising an emitting electrode and a receiving electrode. Since the multiple metal touch electrodes are formed in the same layer on the first/second side of the base substrate, this technology uses mask plates as less as possible; the resistance is relatively small; the high temperature annealing is not required; and the scratch resistance ability is strong; many defects of the existing single layer ITO touch panel technology can be eliminated effectively.

Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) chip includes a plurality of epitaxial structures, at least one first electrode, and a plurality of second electrodes.
