Abstract: Provided is a display module, including a base substrate, a plurality of light-emitting patterns, and a plurality of microlens groups corresponding to the light-emitting patterns. An orthographic projection region of at least one of the light-emitting patterns on the base substrate forms a primary display region. The plurality of microlens groups are disposed on a side, distal from the base substrate, of the plurality of light-emitting patterns. An orthographic projection of the microlens group on the base substrate is within the primary display region formed by the corresponding light-emitting pattern. The microlens group includes at least two microlens structures, and a gap is defined between any adjacent two microlens structures. The light-emitting pattern includes a target region. An orthographic projection of the target region on the base substrate is overlapped with an orthographic projection of the gap on the base substrate. The target region does not emit light.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and proposes a display panel, a preparation method thereof, and a display apparatus. The display panel includes an array substrate, a planarization layer group, and a plurality of sub-pixels. The array substrate includes a switch array formed by a plurality of switch units. The planarization layer group is provided on the array substrate, and nano-scale grooves are provided on the planarization layer group. The sub-pixels are provided on a side of the planarization layer group away from the array substrate. The sub-pixel includes a plurality of first electrodes, wherein the first electrode is connected to the switch unit of the array substrate, a nano-scale second gap is provided between two adjacent first electrodes, and an orthographic projection of the second gap on the array substrate is located within an orthographic projection of the groove on the array substrate.

Abstract: A display substrate, a display panel, and a display device. The display substrate includes a substrate, and a plurality of polygonal pixels arranged in an array on the substrate. Each polygonal pixel includes a plurality of sub-pixels and a photoelectric sensor. An orthographic projection of the plurality of sub-pixels on the substrate and an orthogonal projection of the photoelectric sensor on the substrate do not overlap with each other. The display substrate, the display panel and the display device of the embodiments of the present disclosure can maximize the collection of optical signals, thereby improving the efficiency of the photoelectric sensor and the accuracy of a fingerprint identification in certain applications.

Abstract: A photoelectric detection substrate, a method for fabricating the same, and a photoelectric detection device are disclosed. The photoelectric detection substrate includes a thin film transistor and a photodiode coplanar with the thin film transistor. The thin film transistor has a vertical channel structure and includes a gate electrode, an active layer, a first electrode and a second electrode. The photodiode includes a first doped layer, an absorption layer and a second doped layer disposed in this order. The active layer and the absorption layer are disposed in a same layer and formed by a same patterning process. By forming a photodiode coplanar with a thin film transistor of a vertical channel structure, the overall thickness of the photoelectric detection substrate is effectively reduced, deformation of the substrate caused by stress is reduced, and damage caused by deformation of the substrate is avoided, and thereby the yield is improved.
