Abstract: A laminate comprises one or more electrically-conductive layers and one or more electrically-insulative layers coupled to the electrically-conductive layer(s). Each of the electrically-conductive layer(s) can comprise at least 90% by weight of copper. Each of the electrically-insulative layer(s) can comprise a layer of polymeric aerogel. For at least one of opposing front and back surfaces of the laminate, at least a portion of the surface is defined by one of the electrically-conductive layer(s).

Abstract: A laminate can include one or more thermally-insulative layers, each having a thermal conductivity that is less than or equal to 0.05 W/m·K, wherein the laminate has a thickness that is less than or equal to 500 μm and a thermal diffusivity that is less than or equal to 0.10 mm2/s. The laminate can include an adhesive layer, wherein aback surface of the laminate is at least partially defined by the adhesive layer or a liner layer that is removably disposed on the adhesive layer. The laminate can include a protective layer that defines at least a portion of a front surface of the laminate, wherein the protective layer has a thermal conductivity that is at least 3.5 times the thermal conductivity of each of the thermally-insulative layer(s).
