    摘要: A detection element, a manufacturing method thereof and a flat panel detector are disclosed. The detection element includes: a base substrate; a first electrode on the base substrate; a photoelectric conversion layer; a transparent electrode and a second electrode electrically connected with the transparent electrode on a side of the photoelectric conversion layer away from the first electrode. An orthographic projection of the photoelectric conversion layer on the base substrate completely falls within an orthographic projection of the first electrode on the base substrate, in a plane parallel to the base substrate, the transparent electrode is located at a middle portion of the photoelectric conversion, an orthographic projection of a portion of the photoelectric conversion layer not covered by the transparent electrode on the base substrate at least partially falls within an orthographic projection of the second electrode on the base substrate.

    摘要: A regulating method and a regulating apparatus for a driving voltage of a display module, wherein the method comprises: applying, to the display module, a gamma voltage pair corresponding to a grayscale to be tested, selecting a test image and maintaining the test image for a predetermined time duration (11); switching to a predetermined grayscale image that matches the grayscale to be tested, regulating a common voltage of the display module, and recording a direction and a magnitude of regulation of the common voltage (12); and restoring the common voltage to a magnitude before the regulation, and regulating the first gamma voltage and the second gamma voltage according to the recorded direction and magnitude of regulation of the common voltage (13). Regulation accuracy of the driving voltage can be improved, workload for debugging can be reduced and work efficiency can be improved.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a display panel, its driving method, and a display device. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other to form a cell, a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a pixel electrode arranged on the second substrate. A sensing electrode to which an external voltage is to be applied is arranged at a region of the first substrate corresponding to the liquid crystal layer. At a display stage, an electric field is generated between the sensing electrode to which the external voltage is applied and the pixel electrode to which a data voltage is applied, so as to drive liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer to deflect. The sensing electrode is a black matrix and/or color filter made of a conductive material and arranged on the first substrate.

    摘要: A method for regulating a common voltage, a regulating device and a display device. It relates to the display field, which ensures the flicker in the center region of the display panel being relative small meanwhile improving the flicker situation of the edge region of the display panel, thereby improve the flicker uniformity of the display panel. The present disclosure provides a method for regulating a common voltage including: arranging sampling points which at least include: sampling points arranged in the center region of the display panel and sampling points arranged in the edge region of the display panel; optimizing the common voltage value written into the driving chip, such that the flicker values of the sampling points located in the display panel are less than or equal to a first threshold when the common voltage value is applied to the display panel for display.
