摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for providing and obtaining product information through a broadcast signal. In this present invention, information identifying a product item, which is in a scene to be presented from a broadcast signal, is provided together with a broadcast signal, then a signal receiving terminal stores the product information for a new product item and displays the stored information to a viewer to select one product item while or after watching an interesting broadcast program, and transmits data identifying a selected product item to a predetermined web site and receives web site address for the selected item from that site. As a result, derailed information for the selected item is acquired from a server addressed by the received web site address.

摘要: Provided are a paraelectric thin film structure and a high frequency tunable device with the paraelectric thin film structure. The paraelectric thin film structure has a large dielectric constant tuning rate and a low dielectric loss at a high frequency. The paraelectric thin film structure includes a perovskite ABO3 type paraelectric film formed on an oxide single crystal substrate. The paraelectric film is formed of a material selected from Ba(Zrx,Ti1-x)O3, Ba(Hfy,Ti1-y)O3, or Ba(Snz,Ti1-z)O3. Instead of the paraelectric film, the paraelectric thin film structure may include a compositionally graded paraelectric film having at least two paraelectric films formed of the selected material by varying the composition ratio x, y, or z. A high-frequency/phase tunable device employing the paraelectric thin film structure can have improved microwave characteristics and high-speed, low-power-consuming, low-cost characteristics.

摘要: The invention relates to a flexible scrubbing material that combines at least two discrete components. One component is a continuous flexible substrate. A second component is a discontinuous abrasive layer affixed to the flexible substrate. The abrasive layer is a set of plates formed from a material different than the continuous flexible substrate. One or two flexible substrates with affixed plates can be combined with an intermediate layer such as sponge or terry cloth. The gaps between plates are relatively large and are generally larger than one-third the largest plate dimension. The flexible substrate can be tightly woven fabric that can be printed with visually attractive colors, patterns and images. The plate material is a printable material that subsequently solidifies, such as epoxy. The inventions include associated methods of use and manufacture.
