Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to systems, devices, and methods for endoscopic suture termination. In some embodiments, a suture device may include an elongate member having a working channel and a suture channel, the elongate member having a proximal end and a distal end. The suture device may further include a suture extending through the suture channel, and a plurality of anchor components coupled to the suture, wherein the suture and the plurality of anchor components are deployable from the elongate member for engagement with a target tissue.

Abstract: A bipolar ablation device for treatment of a stenosis within an implanted metallic stent may include an elongate shaft slidably disposable within an endoscope, the elongate shaft including at least one electrode configured to form a first pole of the bipolar ablation device, and an electrode lead slidably disposable within the endoscope. The electrode lead may be configured to electrically engage the implanted metallic stent to form a second pole of the bipolar ablation device. In one example, a coupling device may comprise first and second ends. A first end may be configured to couple to a locking member of a medical device delivery system. The first end may comprise a lumen extending therethrough. The second end may comprise a lumen continuous with the lumen of the first end. The second end may be configured to couple to a channel opening of an endoscope. Other embodiments are contemplated.

Abstract: A tissue closure system includes an endoscope having first and second lumens therethrough, first and second control elements disposed within the first and second lumens, respectively, and a tissue engaging portion integral with a distal end of the endoscope. The tissue engaging portion includes a tissue acquisition assembly and a tissue closure assembly. The tissue acquisition assembly is controllable via the first control element, and the tissue closure assembly controllable via the second control element. The tissue engaging portion includes a tissue grasping portion for engaging first and second target tissue portions disposed adjacent an opening in target tissue. The tissue closure assembly is configured to pierce the target tissue, and to hold the first and second target tissue portions together to close the opening in the target tissue.

Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to medical devices. More particularly, the present disclosure pertains to devices, systems, and methods for closing a wound, such as a tissue defect resulting from an endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection procedure. In one example, a device for closing a wound may include a closure element having a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration, the closure element configured to be disposed about an endcap of an endoscope in a delivery configuration. A release filament may have a distal end releasably coupled to the closure element and a proximal end extendable within the endcap. The closure element may be configured to substantially close about the wound in the deployed configuration.
