    Abstract: This application relates to a battery heating system integrated by two subsystems, a heating system branch and a battery pack system branch, the battery pack system branch includes a battery package and a plurality of relays, the battery package includes a plurality of battery modules and heating subsystems, the heating subsystem includes a plurality of heaters, the battery module is assembled with at least one heater, the heater is arranged at the bottom or side of the battery module. The battery heating system can satisfy two modes of driving-heating and parking-heating-charging, and provide experience of various modes to users; the installing location of the heater is various, assembling is simple and convenient, which is suitable for different application situations; the connecting manner of the circuit of the heating system is various, connection of the circuit is simple; which can reduce the non-uniformity of battery temperature caused by heating.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a thermal management system of a power battery pack, including a heating branch, a cooling branch and a battery pack pipeline, the heating branch and the cooling branch are connected with the battery pack pipeline and are arranged in parallel and configured to enable switching, a first heat exchanger for absorbing heat from a cooling liquid pipe of an outer high-temperature device is arranged on the heating branch. The thermal management system of the battery pack provided by the present invention uses waste heat of the cooling liquid of other high-temperature devices on the electric vehicle to heat the battery pack, so as to avoid the problem of electric power consuming and cruising distance reduction. Meanwhile improving cooling efficiency of high-temperature devices, and then improve comprehensive energy utilization efficiency, and improve working condition of the whole vehicle, thereby improving comprehensive performance of the electric vehicle.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a thermal management system for an energy storage device and an energy storage device. The energy storage device includes a plurality of battery cabinets, battery packs are arranged in the battery cabinets, and the thermal management system includes a water chilling unit and a plurality of sets of first pipeline assemblies. The plurality of sets of first pipeline assemblies correspond to the plurality of battery cabinets one to one, and are connected to the water chilling unit in parallel. Each of the first pipeline assemblies includes two battery cabinet pipelines, one end of the two battery cabinet pipelines is connected to a water inlet side and a water outlet side of the water chilling unit respectively, and the other ends of the two battery cabinet pipelines penetrate into the corresponding battery cabinets respectively and are connected to water chilling plates of the battery packs in the battery cabinets.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery unit, a battery module and a battery pack. A battery pack comprises: at least one battery module; and a heating film sheet directly or indirectly heating the at least one battery module. The heating film sheet comprises a heating core and two insulating films. The heating core generates heat when the heating core is electrified, and has: a wire connection region for electrically connecting with external wires; and a heating region electrically connecting with the wire connection region, rated heating powers of different parts of the heating region are different so as to meet demand for heat of each battery module in each of different regions of the at least one battery module when the at least one battery module is heated. The two insulating films respectively cover two sides of the heating core. In the battery pack, each battery module is heated by the heating film sheet, and the rated heating powers of the different parts of the heating region of the heating core are different, so the heat provided for each battery module in the different region of the battery pack can be determined according to the demand for heat of each battery module in the different region of the battery pack, and in turn it ensures that each battery module of the battery pack is heated uniformly by the heating film sheet.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of battery technologies and, particularly, relates to a battery pack, which includes a battery box, a battery module and a liquid cooling pipe are arranged inside the battery box and the liquid cooling pipe is arranged at bottom of the battery module, a moisture absorbing area is arranged inside the battery box and the moisture absorbing area is configured to absorb inner moisture of the battery box. The present application has the following beneficial effects: the battery box of the present application adopts a passive moisture-removing function and achieves controlling of the air humidity in the battery box, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of the battery system, and reducing the risk of failure of the electric components.
