摘要： A stereo-endoscope is provided having a hollow shank with two axially parallel optical channels, which channels run through the hollow shank and respectively form at least a section of an image path to respective oculars of a binocular observation device arranged on the proximal end of the hollow shank. Moreover, the stereo-endoscope includes a camera connection, and one of the optical channels also forms at least one section of an image path to the camera connection.

摘要： Disclosed is a ball-and-socket joint connection, in particular for a holding arm system for holding surgical instruments, with a joint ball sitting in a seat of a joint casing and permitting rotation in several axes and with a ball-shaped joint socket which can be axially displaced to and from the joint ball in a cylindrical section of the joint casing. A magnet is provided which produces a magnetic force between the joint ball and the joint socket such that they are drawn to one another. An actuation element is provided for displacing the joint socket and with this the joint ball is fixable in the seat of the joint casing by way of retracting the joint socket, wherein the joint ball by way of the magnet force is pressed into the seat of the joint casing, and wherein the joint ball by displacing forwards the joint socket with the actuation element is separable from the seat.

The shank is designed to be rigid and includes at least one proximal bend region and at least one distal bend region, in which the extension direction of the shank changes. A section of the shank in which the distal bend region is situated may be rotated about the longitudinal axis relative to a section of the shank in which the proximal bend region is situated. The jaw part is rotatable relative to the shank about its distal longitudinal axis at the distal end.

摘要： A trocar sleeve of the kind having a widened part forming a housing between the distal portion of the sleeve and its proximal portion, which latter extends from a plug for the widened housing part, and a ball valve in the widened housing part which ball valve is closable by resilient means and which is openable by a trocar passing through the sleeve.In this invention, the widened part forming the housing receives an insert of U-shaped cross-section which is securable to the plug to stress an inserted sealing gasket of deformation-resistant plastics material which is to be drilled through to form a valve seating. The space in the U formed by the insert forms a space for the ball of the ball valve to move in, the ball, before the insert is screwed to the plug, being connected to a shaft insertable in the insert and carrying a tangentially loaded helical spring and being placed under stress by connecting the insert to the plug.

摘要： A stereo endoscope has a shaft containing two optical systems which extend through the shaft and are arranged in close proximity to each other and a housing on the proximal end of the shaft for containing an interior holding assembly for a stereo optical device which provides a stereo view into the optical systems. The stereo optical device has on each side a duplicate, mirror-image arrangement having a first deviating prism aligned coaxially with its the associated optical system, a second deviating prism which follows the first prism and again aligns the optical axis of the associated optical system parallel to the direction of observation, and a transparent protective element in the direction of observation. The holding assembly includes a first holding part, which extends transverse to the optical axis of the two optical systems of the endoscope shaft. This holding part which is preferably a hollow cylinder, has interior recesses in which are placed, one each, a first, fixed deviating prism and a second, adjustable deviating prism. The holding assembly also has two additional holding parts which are fastened to the first holding part in such a way that they can be rotatably adjusted around its longitudinal axis. These additional holding parts carry two fixed field apertures for the respective optical systems, and each of the field apertures is placed between its optical system and the first deviating prism assigned to it.
