    摘要: There are provided a semiconductor device having an overlay measurement mark, and a method of fabricating the same. The semiconductor device includes a scribe line region disposed on a semiconductor substrate. A first main scale layer having a first group of line and space patterns and a second group of line and space patterns is disposed on the scribe line region. Line-shaped second main scale patterns are disposed on space regions of the first group of the line and space patterns. Line-shaped vernier scale patterns are disposed on space regions of the second group of the line and space patterns. In the method, a first main scale layer having a first group of line and space patterns and a second group of line and space patterns is formed on a semiconductor substrate. Line-shaped second main scale patterns are formed on space regions of the first group of the line and space patterns. Line-shaped vernier scale patterns are formed on space regions of the second group of the line and space patterns.

    摘要: Systems and methods for real-time tracking of photoacoustic sensing are provided. In one aspect, a method for performing in vivo analysis of a subject is provided. The method includes directing an electromagnetic excitation toward a subject to be analyzed, and acquiring, with an ultrasound probe, data about resultant waves caused by the electromagnetic excitation. The method also includes processing the acquired data to extract information related to properties of tissues in the subject, and comparing the information related to the properties of tissues in the subject using a set of criteria. The method also includes generating a report about a condition of the subject based on the comparison of the information related to properties of the tissues in the subject.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for separating highly active stem cells from human stem cells, the highly active stem cells separated by the method, a cell therapeutic agent containing the stem cells, and a medium for separating the highly active stem cells from stem cells containing a specific cytokine. According to the present invention, the method is useful for separating the highly efficient stem cells from mesenchymal stem cells of various origins. Further, the method is very useful in developing a cell therapeutic agent of high efficiency because the method can be applicable to stem cells of various origins which are cultured under different conditions. Senescent stem cells increased by several passage times in vitro can be effectively sorted out, so the method can be used for reactivating the stem cells.
