摘要： The present invention discloses a liquid dispensing system and a method for dispensing liquid that includes two hermetically sealed tanks each having a liquid container with a conduit pipe connecting the two containers. A differential pressure exists between the two tanks such that a process liquid can be fed from the second container into a dispensing nozzle under the differential pressure and the gravity of the liquid without the need of a pumping system. The problems of gel formation normally observed in conventional dispensing systems can be eliminated. A high viscosity, short shelf life liquid can be most suitably dispensed by the present invention novel dispensing system and method.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method for coating a polyimide precursor on an electronic structure incorporating the use of a silicon coupling agent without any bubble defect in the film deposited. The method can be carried out by flowing at least one inert gas through a deposition chamber and thereby keeping the relative humidity in the chamber at below 25% to carry away the formation of any water molecules and water vapor to prevent the formation of bubbles in the film deposited.

摘要： A portable computer includes a base, a display module, and a support element. The base includes a first area, a second area, and a sliding assembly disposed at a substantially central position of the second area. The sliding assembly includes a sliding element and a guiding structure, and the sliding element can move along the guiding structure to slide at least in the second area. The display module includes a connecting end combined with the sliding element and a support plane. The support element includes a first area pivotally connected to the support plane and a second end pivotally connected to a rear end of the base. When the display module is opened, the display module further rotates around the first fixed end and moves the connecting end simultaneously. Then, the display module is supported by the support element to keep a suitable tilted angle.

摘要： A portable electronic apparatus and a casing thereof are disclosed. The portable electronic apparatus includes the casing including a base and an upper cover, and an electronic processing module disposed in the base. The base includes a first engagement structure having a lock slot. The upper cover includes a plate member and a second engagement structure mounted on the plate member. The second engagement structure includes a locking part and a detaching part connected to the locking part. The base and the upper cover are engaged such that the locking part is locked in the lock slot. The detaching part can be moved so as to detach the locking part from the lock slot. Therefore, a user can detach the locking part from the lock slot by the detaching part without any tools, which greatly reduces the complexity of the detachment of a casing of a conventional portable electronic apparatus.
