摘要: An instant data sharing system is provided. The system comprises a user interface (UI) module, an instant communication module and a data sharing module. The UI module comprises a communication window and a presentation window and is used for operating the data sharing system by a user. The instant communication module establishes an instant communication with at least one remote host via a network, wherein the user performs the instant communication with the remote host via the communication window. The data sharing module is used for selecting a shared data, displaying the shared data on the presentation window and transmitting the shared data to the remote host. The data sharing module selects an encoding operation module to encode the shared data according to a type of the shared data, and transmits the encoded shared data to the remote host through a transmission module.

摘要: A method for forming a micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) package includes following steps. A plurality of MEMS units are formed on a substrate, and each of the MEMS units includes at least a MEMS sensing element and a first chamber over the MEMS sensing element. The MEMS units include electric connection pads. A plurality of covering units are formed correspondingly over the MEMS units. Each of the covering units provides a second chamber over the MEMS sensing element opposite to the first chamber. The covering units are adhered to the MEMS units by an adhesive material. The MEMS units are diced into singulated units.

摘要: A chip on film (COF) trace routing method for EMI reduction includes: providing a flexible circuit board; mounting a chip that has a first signal pad, a second signal pad and a ground pad on the flexible circuit board; and forming a first signal trace, a second signal trace, a first ground trace and a second ground trace on the flexible circuit board. The first signal trace and the second signal trace are electrically connected to the first signal pad and the second signal pad respectively. The first ground trace and the second ground trace are both electrically connected to the ground pad. The first signal trace and the second signal trace are disposed between the first ground trace and the second ground trace. The first ground trace and the second ground trace are immediately adjacent to the first signal trace and the second signal trace respectively.

摘要: An embodiment of a radiation detector includes a semiconductor-based blocking structure interposed between the detector's absorption region and at least one of its contact structures. The blocking structure is adapted to prevent minority carriers generated within the adjacent contact structure from reaching the absorption region, and may also prevent minority carriers generated within the absorption region near the contact structure from entering the contact structure. Majority carriers, on the other hand, may be substantially unimpeded by the blocking structure in moving from the absorption region to the contact structure. In an embodiment, the blocking structure has a higher effective energy gap than its adjacent contact structure and than the absorption region. The interface between the blocking structure and the absorption region may be graded, so that the effective energy gap decreases gradually between the blocking structure and the absorption region.

摘要: A multispectral radiation detector for detecting radiation in at least two spectral bands, comprises a substrate and a layer stack grown on the substrate. The layer stack comprises at least first and second photodiodes, each photodiode having at least one strain-compensating superlattice absorbing layer substantially lattice matched to adjacent layers of the detector. Each strain-compensating superlattice absorbing layer has an energy gap responsive to radiation energy in a corresponding spectral region and different from the energy gaps of other strain-compensating superlattice absorbing layers of the detector.

摘要: Techniques are provided for manipulating folder and file icons on a screen of an electronic device. A folder icon representing a folder is displayed on a screen, in a first mode, at a first location on the screen. The folder may contain a plurality of individual files and the folder icon is configured to indicate the plurality of individual files. An activation event is detected comprising a movement from the first location on the screen to a second location on the screen. In response to detecting the activation event, the folder icon is displayed on the screen along with icons representing the individual files on the screen. The screen may display the icons of the individual files as fanning out from the folder icon and/or may display the icons of the individual files entirely outside of the folder icon.
