A rotary mechanism comprises a first member, a second member rotatable with respect to the first member along a first axis, and a first washer fixed to the first member. The first washer comprises a plurality of protrusions projecting toward the second member. The second washer is fixed to the second member and comprises a plurality of sliding surfaces, a plurality of depressions respectively disposed between the sliding surfaces, and a plurality of openings formed on the sliding surfaces. The protrusions are joined in the openings when the second member rotates to an angle with respect to the first member.

摘要： A new method is provided for the processing of metals, most notably copper, such that damage to exposed surfaces of these metals is prevented. During a step of semiconductor processing, which results in exposing a metal surface to a wet substance having a pH value, a voltage is applied to the metal that is exposed. The value of the applied voltage can, dependent on the value of the pH constant of the wet substance, be selected such that the exposed metal surface is protected against alkaline effects of the wet substance.

The ink reservoir includes a cartridge received in the housing and for receiving ink, a barrel attaching to front of the cartridge, and a nib attached to the barrel, for extending out through the front opening of the housing. The provision of the barrel between the cartridge and the nib allows the ink reservoir to be accommodated into various housings of different lengths and of different structures. The barrel includes a peripheral rib extended from a peripheral swelling for engaging with a spring member which may bias the barrel against the housing.

The seat body and the insertion seat are separable so that a fuse can be loaded or unloaded and the large volume is greatly reduced.

摘要： The present invention provides an electrochemical biosensor test strip used for quantitative determination of an analyte in a liquid sample. Methods of fabricating the test strip and reagent formulas are also provided. Improvements in electrochemical test strips are required to detect the presence of a compound in a liquid mixture using a smaller sample size with increased accuracy.
