More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for enhancing yield-related traits in plants by modulating expression of a nucleic acid encoding an OsRSZ33 RRM polypeptide or a growth-related protein (GRP) having at least 25% amino acid sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:251 or a ZPR polypeptide.
