The circuit board is disposed in the conductive rod and includes a ground portion, wherein the conductive rod is electrically connected to the ground portion. The antenna includes a radiating portion and a feeding portion. The feeding portion is electrically connected to the circuit board and extends to the outside of the conductive rod via the first opening. The radiating portion is disposed at the outside of the conductive rod and is electrically connected to the feeding portion.

    摘要: A mutual optimization method for class matrix and diffusion weighting used in a halftone image processing technique and a mutual optimization system thereof are provided. In the method, a mutual optimization of a plurality of diffusion weightings and a class matrix used in a dot diffusion process is performed based on a concept of simulated annealing in order to avoid converging to local solution, so as to ensure an image quality of a halftone image generated by the dot diffusion process. Besides, since the mutual optimization method is for a hexagonal class matrix, a block effect appearing in the halftone image can be significantly reduced.

The light guide plate has a first light-emitting surface, a second light-emitting surface opposite the first light-emitting surface, and at least one side surface connected between the first light-emitting surface and the second light-emitting surface. The light guide plate has a first substance and a second substance surrounding the first substance, and the second substance is different to the first substance to form at least a first light reflecting/diffusing interface and a second light reflecting/diffusing interface. A light beam emitted by the light source is deflected by the first light reflecting/diffusing interface and output via the first light-emitting surface, and a light beam emitted by the light source is deflected by the second light reflecting/diffusing interface and output via the second light-emitting surface.

    摘要: A method for fabricating a power semiconductor device is provided. A substrate with a first conductivity type is prepared. A semiconductor layer with a second conductivity type is formed on the substrate. A hard mask pattern having at least an opening is formed on the semiconductor layer. A first trench etching is performed to form a first recess in the semiconductor layer via the opening. A first ion implantation is performed to vertically implant dopants into the bottom of the first recess via the opening, thereby forming a first doping region. A second trench etching is performed to etch through the first doping region, thereby forming a second recess.

    摘要: A management method, a management apparatus, and a controller for memory data access are provided. The management apparatus is disposed between a host and a device for managing the data transmitted between the host and the device, wherein the management apparatus includes a control unit and a storage unit. When the control unit receives a data writing command from the host, it searches for a set mapped to the data in the storage unit and updates the data in the set. Then, the control unit collects the other parts of the data in the storage unit and the device, integrates all parts of the data, and writes the integrated data into the device. Accordingly, the efficiency in data transmission can be improved, and the number of data writing operations can be reduced so that the lifespan of the device can be prolonged.
