摘要： The hotplate for a workpiece comprises a heatable plate which on a first side comprises a support surface for the workpiece, several lifting elements for the lifting of the workpiece relative to the support surface, wherein each lifting element is moveably arranged in such a manner that the respective lifting element can be retracted with respect to the support surface and/or extended with respect to the support surface and means for heating the plate. The means for heating comprise at least one heating channel which extends on a second side of the plate located opposite the support surface and is filled with a heating fluid. The heating fluid is in contact with the plate. The lifting elements are loaded with the heating fluid in such a manner that the lifting elements are extendable through a predetermined change of the hydrostatic pressure of the heating fluid.

The press (1) comprises one or more sealing bodies (26), wherein the respective sealing bodies (26) are disposed in an intermediate space between the heater (15) and the first press part (3) and/or in an intermediate space between the heater (15) and the second press part (4) and are brought into contact or can be brought into contact with the heater (15) and at least one of the press parts (3, 4) in such a manner that the cavity (37) is divided by the heater (15) and the respective sealing bodies (26) into at least two chambers (37a, 37b) which are separated from one another in an airtight manner, wherein one of the chambers (37a, 37b) comprises the bearing surface (29).

摘要： A soldering apparatus for connecting solar cells includes an induction heat source to connect cell conducting tracks, provided with soldering medium, with electric conductors. The heat source has a high-frequency generator and an inductor loop in which the flow of a high-frequency current causes a high-frequency magnetic field to induce in the conducting track and in the electric conductor arranged along the conducting track eddy currents that generate the heat that is necessary for the soldering operation. The inductor loop includes a U-shaped loop element that has narrowings and widening in one arm that is positioned closer to the conductor. Ferrite beads and ferrite tubes at the widening concentrate the magnetic field to optimize the heat development in the soldering zone and thus also save energy.

摘要： A crimping press having a motor, a gear and first guides, at which a crimping ram is guided, arranged at a frame. A shaft driven by the gear has an eccentric spigot at one end and a resolver for the detection of the rotary angle coupled on at the other end. The crimping ram includes a sliding member guided in the first guides and a tool holder with force sensor and retaining fork. The sliding member stands in loose connection with the eccentric spigot, wherein the rotational movement of the eccentric spigot is translated into a linear movement of the sliding member. The tool holder usually actuates a tool which, together with an anvil belonging to the tool, produces the crimped connection. For calibration of the force sensor, a crimping simulator is used in place of the tool. For input of operational data and commands to a control, an operating terminal has a rotary knob and a keyboard. A display is provided for visualization of data. During the production of crimped connections, the quality of the crimped connections is checked by reference to a curve of the crimping force.

A contact for the first plug housing is arranged at the leading cable end and a contact for the second plug housing is arranged at the trailing cable end. A feeder unit takes over the cable loop fitted-out to a finished state from a second transfer unit and transfers the leading cable end to a positioning unit and the trailing cable end either to a rotatable store or, after the positioning unit is again free of cable, to the positioning unit in accordance with a cable plan. An equipping unit takes over the cable ends in succession at the positioning unit and introduces the cable ends into the corresponding plug housings.
