Abstract: Solid state light fixtures include a plurality of blue-shifted-yellow/green light emitting diode (“LED”) packages and a plurality of blue-shifted-red LED packages, where the solid state light fixture emits light having a correlated color temperature of between 1800 K and 5500 K, a CRI value of between 80 and 99, a CRI R9 value of between 15 and 75, and a Qg value of between 90 and 110 when the blue-shifted-yellow/green LED packages and the blue-shifted-red LED packages are operating at steady-state operating temperatures of at least 80° C.

Abstract: An LED lamp includes a LED assembly comprising at least one LED operable to emit light when energized through an electrical path. A heat sink structure is thermally coupled to the LED assembly for dissipating heat to the ambient environment. An aromatic structure is thermally coupled to the heat sink structure such that the aromatic structure is heated by the heat dissipated from the heat sink.

Abstract: A single solid state luminaire product is field-configurable to a plurality of discrete coordinated color temperature (CCT) and maximum luminosity settings. A field-actuated control circuit controls a current ratio control circuit, which directs drive current from a power supply to selected ones, or in selected ratios to multiple ones, of heterogeneous LED strings. The control circuit may also control the power supply, to select an overall maximum level of drive current, which determines the maximum luminosity of the luminaire. In one embodiment, inputs to the field-actuated control circuit are input from exterior to the luminaire product packaging. Embodiments allow a distributor to order and stock a large inventory of substantially identical luminaires from the manufacturer, yet still offer customers a variety of different CCT and maximum luminosity products.
