Abstract: A coating film obtained from a composition containing a polyaspartic acid ester and a fluoropolymer. Also disclosed is fluorine-containing coating film including a urethane bond and a urea bond, and exhibiting a corrosion from scribe of 1 mm or shorter. Both coating films have a thickness of 100 to 1000 μm. Also disclosed is a laminate including a base and one or the other of the coating films.

Abstract: A fluorine-containing polymer for a metal-clad laminated sheet, containing: a polymerized unit based on a fluorine-containing vinyl monomer; and a polymerized unit based on a vinyl ester monomer other than the fluorine-containing vinyl monomer. Also disclosed is a composition containing the fluorine-containing polymer, a curable composition containing the fluorine-containing polymer and an epoxy resin, a metal-clad laminated sheet including a metal foil and a resin layer provided on the metal foil and being formed of the curable composition, and a printed substrate including a patterned circuit formed by etching the metal foil of the metal-clad laminated sheet.

Abstract: Fluoropolymer structures are provided for use in aircraft interiors. The structures include an external cross-linked fluoropolymer layer that is lighter and safer than conventional fluoropolymer film layers. In general these structures can be described as a panel for the interior of an aerospace vehicle made of an aluminum or fiber composite facesheet, a foam or honeycomb core attached to the facesheet, and a layer of cross-linked fluoropolymer on the surface of the facesheet that is on the side facing away from the core. Methods of making and using the structures are also provided.
